Poor place of Methuen MA the services stay on phone and don’t care

I went there for an inspection and was told both of my ball joints need replacing and they offered to do the job for $400. I went to my own mechanic who said only the passenger side was in need of repair. When I returned after having only one replaced they insisted it was broken. I went to another inspection site who informed me that there was NOTHING wrong with my ball joint. I had to pay an additional $35 to find out they were trying to scam me. There is no subjectivity on ball joints. They either pass or they don’t. I’ll never return.

They were great! Came in with a car problem, took me right away, fair price, and now driving away comfortable knowing it is fixed. They took it on a test drive before having me pay. Would go again!! Thank you!!!!
