Sovereign Bank anywhere is not a bank you want to do business with. Their many mistakes costs me hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees to which they won't reimburse me even though I proved the errors were their fault Bunch of deadheads. No one there knows what they are doing. This bank is not about customer service. They are about robbing you. Beware

Worst tellers and customer service EVER! Girls behind the counter are extremely unfriendly, unprofessional, and make it seem like I am wasting their time being there. It makes me reconsider banking with Sovereign. Avoid branch if you can!
