Not the best customer service. The two gentlemen did what they were told by their company - often in the world of delivering and hooking up a washer machine, you know that may not be enough. The company was assigned to us without us having a choice. After being told that they had to take my entire unit the washer with the drawer underneath being attached - they took the drawer with all of my cleaning products in it and did not let my over 80 year old mom remove what was in it. Seriously?! They tell me they are responsible if they take the drawer off and if something happens but they are not responsible if they took something from us!????????????????????????? There is a great company "Sears" that has amazing delivery gentlemen that are self-aware, timely, professional and proficient in setting up, connecting and disposing of the appliance we had delivered. Call Sears in Newington NH is you need a delivery.

THUGS!!! Worst delivery service EVER!!! Don't USE!!! 2 1/2 hrs late. Called Home Depot cancelled delivery. Home Depot instructed my mother to refuse delivery, when she did the delivery men were verbally abusive and threatened to beat up my 78 year old mother and my sister, he would take them both on. Then threatened to come back and kill them in their sleep. Stated he knew where we lived, we did not know where he lived. Also threatened the lives of the animals. Police called, no trespassing order in place and a criminal investigation on going. This company is nothing but a bunch of THUGS! Threatening on old woman, threatening woman, I wouldn't let them on my property. DISGUSTING, behavior. These men are less than dirt bags, thugs sums them up perfectly. I will be calling all the local news stations to report the story.

I am going to add to this long list of bad reviews for this garbage company. Easily the least professional, lying, worst company I've ever had to deal with in my life. This "company" delivered my new fridge from Home Depot in Nashua. They were several hours late and showed no respect for my property. They carelessly tried to force the new fridge through my front door, damaging my storm door in the process. They finally took the storm door off its hinges and laid it on the ground where the continued to step on it. When they put the door back on it would not close and they left without mentioning the problem. I called home depot claims department and it turns out Raymer Express deals with all of their claims in house. Karen dealt with the claim. Her name says all you need to know about her. Her guys said they never touched the door and never took it off the hinges. She said she has worked with them for 10+ years and they would never do something like that. Have you looked at the reviews Karen, they say all you need to know. In the end, she said that the storm door damage was probably done by a different delivery company (this was the only appliance I've had delivered in the last 6 months)and she denied the claim. From my understanding, Raymer Express does most of home depots deliveries in the Nashua/Amherst/Methuen/Lawrence area. I strongly advise getting home Depot to use a different delivery company so the don't ruin your property too.

These people SUCK. If ZERO stars was an option this would be a case where it would be applicable. Took a whole day off from work for Washer and Dryer delivery and install. Confirmed delivery for 9AM to 1PM. 12:45 we call to see where they are and are now told they're running behind and should be there anywhere from 3:30 to 5:00 PM and they said "They will DEFINITELY be there today". OK no problem. 4:30 call again and now it's "well the guys were in your area and they couldn't find you. Our service people tried calling". THAT'S A LIE!!!! So the drivers are not coming back and will not be delivering your items today. Then they tell us sorry we can't delivery to you tomorrow the schedule is full, maybe Friday if you're lucky. These people are scammers. HOME DEPOT should not be contracting with them. It reflects badly on Home Depot. Dispatcher just says not my problem. Nothing he can do about it. These type of companies make me sick the way they lie and cheat people. Out a full day of pay and they could care less. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stay Away!

Do not use this company. The first delivery was delayed weeks for no reason. On the day of the delivery my wife was home alone the workers where rude to her and refused to make the delivery and install and wanted to leave the delivery on the road. When I called the company had no concern. When I spoke to the owner and said his worker needs to apologize to my wife he hung up.

I think Nathan Kenney and Jeff Czekanski are ultimately the ones responsible for making the decisions and training the people who work there. Any body out there willing to file a class action suit against this company? They shouldn't be allowed to continue like this should they?

Absolutely the worst company. Not only did they refuse to make the delivery and wanted to leave it in the road without doing the installation, they were incredibly rude to my wife while I wasn't there: the staff and owners were incredibly useless and unprofessional. All they said was they would talk to there too employee. When I said he should call my wife and apologize the owner hung up, obviously this is how they do business.

This company does not even deserve 1 star.The first purchase they delayed shipping and then delivered a broken product. Then they are supposed to deliver and install the washer and dryer replacement that I purchased through Home Depot a second time. The one job they had they did not do!!!!Managers from Home Depot themselves had to show up and help me carry a massive unit that took hours and now i'm left to install it myself.Raymer's just dropped it off at my front door step and didn't even call me for delivery.When I spoke to the manager he refused to have the driver return and finish delivery because the driver "wanted a half day".Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy anything that has Raymer's as there means of delivery.

If there was an option to give 0 starts I would have. This company is absolutely the worst company, totally unprofessional.They decided to drop off a major unit at my front door and not follow through with delivery and installation that I paid for, and were completely rude on the phone and offered no solution.I can not express this enough wether it is personal or through a company DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS you will run into a problem that you would not run into elsewhere.

Beware Raymers Express. We ordered a washer/dryer from Home Depot, who uses them for delivery and installation. The guy who came simply refused to do the installation. He said that he was "not allowed to slide the washer/dryer in any direction." I'd love to know who has appliances with all four sides clear?? I offered to call Raymers, permit him to do it, sign whatever waiver we needed, and explain it was an emergency. He said, "lady, I don't work for you." He then told me "you should be grateful I even made the delivery, it took me 15 minutes to find the place, no other crew would have done that." He was so unbearably rude, would not give me a copy of the delivery paperwork, and would not complete the job I had paid for. If Home Depot only uses them, I'll never buy appliances from them again.

Second time having this company deliver for Home Depot...both times the truck broke down and the delivery needed to be changed. Not convenient when I already emptied and disconnected the fridge. No help when I called other then they will be there the next day. A tip for delivery companies...make sure your trucks work. After all ,they scheduled the delivery time to begin with.

If zero stars was an option that would be what I would choose.I was screamed at by the driver and hung up on. I called a week prior making sure all the permits were all set and was told no problem and they would deliver on the scheduled date.Horrible customer service! Home Depot needs to hire a new company!

Rayner's delivered and replaced my GE microwave oven. Their two delivery men, Miguel and Jefferson - both courteous and polite,arrived on time, quickly and efficiently removed the old unit, took care of the replacement, and cleaned up the debris from the carton before they left. They did an excellent job! I would recommend Rayner's and use their service again.

Trash, Home Depot refuses to use another moving service even tho their own employees openly admit Raymers is a nightmare to deal with. I have stopped buying appliances at Home Depot solely because of Raymers. If you have ever moved anything you realize it takes some twisting tilting and rotating; Raymers only carries things straight up and down. That's it - what a joke.
