This web site is the worst ,It is almost impossible to make an appointment. You have to keep on trying for at least and hour before getting through .That is if you lucky.

This was a day of many personal doctors appointments that needed my blood to be drawn which had me visit this office twice the same day. I had to come in the morning due to one doctor visit and then again cause of a second doctors visit and Both times Jackie took care of me. my wait time was 0 and her professionalism and kindness was beyond amazing. This is my favorite place to go and she’s the reason why. Office is clean, and all staff our polite and greet as you pass in the hall way. I also don’t have good veins but Jackie does a great job at finding them no matter what arm on the first try and no pain.Very very please with my visits.Highly recommend this location!

Wow. Wow! The reviews aren’t kidding about how great this location is. Excellent process, competent and personable phlebotomists, and Jackie. Jackie is a wonder if you are a “tough blood draw.” Highly recommend.

I’m trying to ask a simple question and there is no option on your menu to do so.?I have an appointment on September 6 and notice that it is a Holiday. Are you open that day or should I reschedule?

Jackie the manager is amazing! I went on a day when computers were down, they had alot of walkins and it was almost 4pm. She had students that she was training too and they were backed up but she kept her cool, was polite and helpful even when one patient yelled at her lol she works well under pressure. I was just observing her from the waiting room, she deserves a raise , shw was my hero on that day? All the girls that work here are amazingly nice, polite and friendly, all of them?

I had basic blood work completed and this is by far the best lab! Clean, organized, setup for Covid! Excellent setup!I had Raysa who was so pleasant, professional and kind! Thank you for all you do Raysa and for simply being so nice!

The employees are excellent. Just try to communicate with the office by cell or land line. IMPOSSIBLE!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!! (Even communicating by their website is nonsense. There are generalities of comments which do NOT ALL cover one's situation.)

This is my Quest Lab of choice. Staff is very competent, courteous, and adaptable. The waiting room is always clean with plenty of seating. I highly recommend this Quest location.

I've booked twice with this location. Received confirmation and even a reminder. I showed up on time for my appointment and the office was closed (in the middle of the day). I rescheduled. I booked, received confirmation, received a reminder, and then 30 minutes before my 3pm appointment I received a cancellation notice that the office was "closed for maintenance". It is impossible to reach a human by calling Quest to confirm whether they will be open during normal business hours. They do take the appointment and confirm it, so this is really unacceptable.

I had such a wonderful experience here with my baby. Being only a little guy at 12 pounds, getting bloodwork can be a very stressful thing. The woman who drew his blood was so sincere, professional, and informative. I wish I saw her name, but I believe her name tag began with a J. Prior to today's appointment at Quest, my son had blood work at one of the leading hospital's in the area. Quest did a better job than the lab at the hospital did. The phlebotomist suggested we feed him a bottle to hydrate him, applied a heating pad to his arm, all to try to ensure the most efficient and quickest experience for our little guy. She drew his blood in half the time that the hospital did, and she did it by herself, where the hospital had 2 technicians trying to draw his blood. In addition to the staff being sincere and highly professional, it's also worth noting that the sign in process at Quest is so easy and user friendly. You sign in via a tablet up front, and am abbreviated version of the patient's name is displayed on a large monitor, along with the appropriate wait time. I'll definitely come here (and to this location specifically) for any future bloodwork we need.
