It is really quite easy to make appointments at Quest. I have always found the staff courteous and professional, but also accessible and friendly. I have never had a problem with the actual process (i.e., drawing blood). Overall, I consider Quest service extremely good!

My phlebotomist was fantastic! She was thorough, and very skilled. Not many people can find my veins and she got it on the first try. I was in and out in minutes!

Worst automated system for Quest I've ever seen. I was trying to book an appointment and kept saying to spell my name like 4 times... I spelled it and I gave "as in ...” for each letter and still didn't get it ...

Easy process. I received a text message 20 minutes before my appointment time asking me to click a link when I arrived. That works 10 minutes before or sooner. I got a text message at my appointment time inviting me to come inside. I was seen within 2 minutes.

I made an appt online very easily. Arrived five minutes early, checked in at the kiosk, and my name was called one minute past my appt time. The man who drew my blood was professional and friendly. Fastest I've ever had my blood drawn; painless, too.

The check in system at Quest is highly unsatisfactory. There needs to be a real human being checking people in, rather than a germ infested touch screen that everyone is handling during a pandemic. Today, I witnessed an elderly man with a hand tremor, who could not operate the technology. It was frustrating and embarrassing for him. Luckily, I was able to guide him through and get him checked in. It is inexcusable that Quest will not hire a person to be at the window at all times, to help people. The phlebotomists are way to busy to handle this job. Quest needs to stop being cheap and hire a person specifically for this purpose instead of relying on other patients to help. It's inconsiderate to the elderly, handicapped and non English speakers! How about this may be a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act?!

Only 1 person that does drug screens so having to wait over 45 min when you already have to pee when you come in is atrocious. They should hire more people that can do both as they had 3 other employees doing nothing but sitting around.

What a great experience I had at this site! The waiting room is nice and spacious, very clean, and very professional staff. I loved it, will be coming here for my blood work more often.

Website says they open at 7, but got here and they do not open till 8.
