My roadside assistance guy was great; it was so cold and he still went above and beyond.

The guys at Prospect Auto Body do amazing work. I ended up there by accident, my F-350 having been abandoned in their yard by my insurance company without my knowledge. Once I found out my truck was at Prospect, I gave the shop a call and, to my surprise, Juan and Carlos said they could fix it for less than the previous shop had estimated-and they did. Prospect Auto Body sectioned the bent frame and replaced every damaged component for a reasonable price and excellent quality. They even worked on Saturday to get it done before I was scheduled to move for work. I've lived in two states since the repair and the truck has passed inspection in both of them. I'd recommend Prospect Auto Body to anyone who needs good work done affordably. I'm a gringo for all intents and purposes but the predominantly Dominican crew there treated me like family. 5/5, every day of the week.

They have horrible customer service. I waisted 6 hours for a tow. They would call and say I was next then hours go back and it would get pushed off longer and longer. I also put in call thru a different app that also used them and that took 5 hours when they said 1 . I didn't realize AAA and Hyundai road side assistance uses the same company. It's unacceptable .

If I could give 0 stars I would. They came to my vehicle location, then did not do the service. They had trouble finding the vehicle to begin with.. Horrible service, and incompetence at its finest

If you break down & AAA wants to send Prospect Auto Body to get you, request ANYONE else. I needed my car towed to a shop less than 5 miles away from this company's office. Their tow driver, Juan V, picked up the car & towed it to the requested location & dropped it off but, to the surprise of the shop's owner, Juan never came inside to acknowledge the delivery or hand over the keys. The shop owner, who has cars towed there quite frequently, tells me that this is not the standard procedure. So why would Juan do this? He had to have had the keys when he put the car in neutral to pull it up onto the flatbed, right? Right! Still, for some unexpained reason, he dropped off the car, jumped into his tow truck & drove off. The next day the shop owner called to tell me there are no keys in the car & for some unknown reason the tow driver had left the car in neutral. He searched the vehicle inside & out but, no keys. He hd an employee search the car, still no keys. He cannot fix my car without the keys, so now what? So I called the dispatcher to ask that they get in touch with Juan to bring the keys to the shop but Juan insists that he left them in the car, under the matt, where he found them & the dispather backs him up. So now I'm stuck paying a locksmith a few hundred bucks to create new keys because I cannot prove that Juan is lying or incompetent. The next day the shop owner gets the keys made & pays the locksmith. He opens hood & finds my original keys on top of the battery, right where Juan had obviously left them, but not where anyone would expect them to be left. I understand that people make mistakes, but when you are a busienss that takes control over someones property, you are expected to return it in the same condition as when you took it or take responsibility for your employee's error. Prospect Auto Body has done neither in this case.

I waited 4 hours for them to show up for a jump. No apologies for being 2.5 hours late. The guy asked if I had cables. He had no cables or the hand held device with him for a dead battery service. Said there was another truck 2 minutes up the road and would be right back. Then he canceled my service.

This company is a joke. They contract with roadside assistance companies to do roadside assistance. As you can see from some other complaints, they don’t actually perform those services consistently. They give ETA information, change the ETA over and over, and eventually never arrive. They constantly changed my ETA to tow my car to a repair shop, then stopped giving an ETA, and then never showed. To make matters worse, they informed my roadside assistance company that they had actually performed the services and closed the roadside assistance ticket, which caused about a two hour delay in the new request. The roadside assistance company I use said they were going to file a complaint against the tow company. To whom, I don’t know. These services aren’t regulated much at all. It’s really about using a tow company run by people with integrity and honor. My roadside assistance request started around 8:15AM and was finally completed by a competent towing service around 5PM. The new company arrived 15 minutes after the new request and communicated with me the entire time. They performed their work quickly all the while doing it on a cold, rainy night. That’s a company with people who have integrity and honor.

Scheduled a tow through roadside assistance program. Gave ETA of 1 hr. Waited 3 hours and they never showed up. Called multiple times, but no one answers phones.
