I went on my birthday to get my nails done. The Chinese lady cut my fingers. And I asked her to stop. She replied “you don’t know nothing” and continued. I wanted to leave without her finishing my set. And she just yelled at me “ I want my money”

I ask if they did design. And the lady said yes. She did not do what I asked for. Then she left my nails undone. And wanted me to pay for an unfinished wacky job ?? she said “ you talk to much, I’m done with you” ??♀️

My Worst experience Nail Salon. Very unprofessional. The lady has zero patient to do nails. She refuse to fix what she messed up on my nails. Very bad job. The worst.

I went in yesterday for the first time. All the ladies are very nice and pleasant. Nice clean place and they do an outstanding job. By far best place in Lawrence/Methuen area that I've ever been too. they now have me as a forever customer

You guys are so bad at nail designs and manicures. Wow. If you have a nail design in mind DO NOT GO TO POSH NAILS. WOW THE WORST. IF YOU ARE A NAIL TECHNICIAN AND YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO A DESIGN PLEASE SAY SO. WHEN YOU LIE YOU WASTE EVERYONE’S TIME AND MONEY. Like wow I hate my nails so much right now that I am going to write a review once a week about how bad your service is.

Took 3 hours to do a gel refill. Nails were uneven. They knicked my fingers and walked away for 10 minutes at a time before switching persons. Will not go back

I would never go back. My nails are now brittle and weak. She also cut me.. TWICE. The nail techs are not talented in any way. Also, they do not enforce masks or any other Covid protocol. They are not clean and didn’t sanitize ANYTHING between customers. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!

Got my nails done they came out amazing thank you so much I will absolutely be going there again. It was my first time there with two of my friends and we all loved how our nails came out my two friends got pedicures and those came out fantastic
