I gave my deposit slip and watch the girl have a conversation with another teller for five minutes then realized she had work to do. As in like depositing my money

I visited the bank today for some change (ones fives ect ) I was told that because I had a personal account and not a business account that I was only allowed 100.00 dollars in change. Can someone tell me how that makes any sense... was very disappointed

I use the branch on Jackson st a few times a week. I wonder if this bank even has a manager. There is always 6 employees in the building but seems like nobody is working. Tellers are at the windows but never open. I've waited 10 minutes with no other customers in the bank while they all just wander around looking over each others shoulder playing on the computer. Absolutely horrible horrible horrible. Sad because this branch used to be awesome.

Awful. Just awful service. Poor customer etiquette. Unprofessional. I dealt with a hyena and a rabid dog today, not customer care professionals.
