We love Methuen Vet! Both of our dogs go here, but most recently, we rescued a dog that needed some extra medical attention. They helped us from beginning to end, and even called to check in on our dog multiple times. I know they are in the best hands with their care, and we couldn’t be happier!

To begin, I do not bring my pet here, solely because my current veterinarian is exceptional and conveniently situated near my residence. However, I have had interactions with their staff regarding charitable donations for dogs and have close friends who entrust their pets' care to this establishment. The staff demonstrates remarkable friendliness, compassion, and professionalism. They are accommodating, treating both you and your pet with utmost respect and care. If you are seeking veterinary services in this area, I highly recommend them based on my personal interactions, the experiences of my friends, and positive conversations I have had. I encourage you to explore their services and consider them for your pet's care.

Dr. Kane and her whole staff has been nothing but awesome! We took our cat to get neutered the other day, her and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was good post surgery. He’s an escape artist and managed to escape from his cone and cause his wound to bleed a little. Today, Sunday Dr. Kane went out of her way to provide us antibiotics as a preventative. We truly appreciate the care you provide!

I called this week because I was worried about one of my dog's paws, and they offered me an appointment on the same day. From the front desk staff to the veterinarian themselves, everyone greeted me with a smile. My dog can be fidgety, but they were so patient, kind and talked him through every step trying to reassure him (us) that everything will be okay. I left feeling much more relieved and with the right medication to hopefully address the concern with his paw.

I will give this review three stars. The staff was amazing when my boyfriend and I were there. I do not want to write the review in his name because we will need to go back. The Receptionist, I believe her name was Katherine was extremely rude. Between the eyerolling, speaking with a horrible tone, and contradicting us numerous times, I really hope management looks into her or her behavior. Other than that, great staff and experience.

They are very caring and my cat, who had to have blood drawn, was not totally traumatized. They clipped her claws for me as well. They also don’t charge me a fortune like my old vet.
