I been a member almost 30 years! I belong to the credit score monitor and get offers monthly. I got a refinance offer to cut my interest in just about half and save $4800 off my loan I have with capital one on a 62 month refinance.i click apply now on the offer and click refinance it goes goes to a new loan department and the offer goes to way off what they offer.it makes the $384 Merrimack offers for my monthly payment to over $500 about $100 more then I am paying on my current loan. Don't make offers and not come close to honoring them. Bait and switch in my eyes. Thank God I didn't complete to get dinged on my credit score as well.

Bank is great never had any major issues. But I need a bank statement and it is time sensitive. They will not release it and the lady I spoke with online was very rude about it.

I had a challenging experience with customer service. However, it was quickly and effectively resolved with MVCU. I appreciated the hospitality, curtesy, and professionalism in which the staff presented. I came to the bank with no credit history and through many services MVCU provided, I now have with excellent credit.

I recently passed by with my mother to inquire about a loan rate, and we both felt very mistreated and judged by one of your team members. He had this incredulous look on his face- while looking us up and down multiple times- when we stated my mother’s income and he rudely snapped and sighed at us saying “that’s not what I asked for” when we misunderstood one of his questions. I don’t know if it’s because we have an accent, because we’re women, or because of our clothes, but we both felt very looked down upon and undermined. Upon leaving, we were reconsidering returning to your institution because of his rude and unwelcoming tone, body language and mannerisms. Please have Mr. Nikos Zoumpoulakis take sensitivity training courses because I don’t want other clients to be treated this way.

One of the worse banking experiences ever, I have had to change passwords so many times - due to their security issues, I have absolutely no idea where to even begin now......and with the Pathetic customer service department, I can't get a straight answer out of anyone as to why this is happening so often, or how to correct it.They put a hold on all checks deposited, including weekly payroll......and charge you $5 for a debit card, that takes 2 weeks to get !?

I've been a member of this credit union since 1975. Over the last decade, they seem to be going backwards instead of forwards. Many little issues arise that just take the air out of your day. Today I had my card declined. I know I had plenty of funds in my account. The teafon for the decline was that the credit union had lines down and the retailer couldn't confirm the approval. What's worse is that I couldn't get into the app on my phone to check out my account. THAT IN ITSELF IS AN ONGOING ISSUE. When I called customer service to see if my account had been hacked, she said no, but I really can't get into the account either. The lines must be down. REALLY? IT'S 12:30 IN THE AFTERNOON AND WE'RE JUST FINDING THIS OUT? I belong to 4 credit unions but use mvcu as my main one because of convenience. But I do whish they would put more effort into fixing the issues that exist rather than trying to grow.

04/23/2020 I put over $2000 in the atm and an error message showed and it ate all my money and did not give me a reciept. I called and spoke with keith #251. Ill call in the morning. I need my moey back asap. I am with navy federal. I tried to nake a deposite.

When opening an account all personal check are held for 10 business days . This I understand . What I don’t understand is that my account is over a month old all holds should be lifted automatically right? Wrong !! I sped from work in Boston to get the hold lifted as it’s been over a month since I opened my account . All I got was my time wasted . Thx methuen branch for your terrible service, wasting my time and holding up business . I’ll be sure to move my account elsewhere

Love my bank but I don't like that the outside door doesn't require a card to get access to the ATM. Something bad can happen sooner anyone can just walk in at anytime while you're using it!

Very poor service, my visa DEBIT card is not able to activate . I been told to activate my card with ATM but it didn't work.

These guys are total morons, I made an account two months ago in August and ordered a debit card. Guy tells me it'll come in the mail. Two months go by and I get nothing. I go to the bank to see whats up. Someone else is somehow able to print me a debit card and says give it an hour and then you'll be fine. Great! WRONG. The card got declined at the next 5 places I went and wouldn't work online. Then after being on hold for however long today I was told i have to activate it at an ATM. Is it these people's first day or something?? Should be day one stuff here but they just can't get it right. Great service, d*** people
