Heating issue was fixed but they definitely have bad customer service. “ joe” came and was very unpleasant….As if I was not paying him 170 per hour to be there. Then they charge 30 minutes (85 ) just before they walk in the door for getting to your house.

I would highly recommend this business. They are very professional and efficient. I had a problem with my heating and they came out the same day to fix it. I will definitely be using them again.

This company “fixed” my mother’s boiler and said it would last all winter. As soon as it started getting cold, it no longer works. I had high hopes for this company based on all these reviews, but I feel misled and taken advantage of.

We had a dishwasher installer shut off the "original" water shut off valve instead of the new one and it froze closed and we had no water supply. I came home at about 2:30 and called Kannan & Pricone and was told I'd needed the city to shut off the water at the street and then call back. The city said they could and they and the plumber came within 10 minutes, the valve was replaced and water restored within 1to 1.5 hours of my first call and the price was reasonable. I can't tell youwhat a lifesaver this was. Many thanks to Kannan & Pricone and the City of Methuen water department.

Downstairs neighbor said my shower was leaking. Called them at 215 to see if someone could come check the next day. They had someone there by 3 pm and he had fixed the problem by 345. Great work and reasonable price as well!Service: Shower repair

I've used Kannan & Pricone for several projects now (leaky water pipe, tub faucet repair, etc.) and I've been pleased with their work. They're comparable in prices to other plumbing companies. It's difficult getting plumbing companies to respond nowadays with the high demand (this post is during the COVID years), but Kannan & Pricone were quick to return my call. Michael from Kannan & Pricone has come to our house for the past few projects and he is affable, friendly, and does great work. I will continue to use Kannan & Pricone for my future projects.
