Terrible customer service. The lady that was there was screaming at my brother and told him that if he lives in America he needed to learn english. We paid 25$ cash and didn’t want to provide our gas because the pump wasn’t working. I don’t understand how HAFFNERS can allow this. People like this shouldn’t work in customer service.

I've been here 2x. Both times the cashier lady is starting some kind of trouble. This time she was fast asleep, head back open mouth. I gently salute her and I gave cash- state the amount and pump. 1 full minute goes by I had to walk back to the house so she could yell me I have to wait for her to count the cash. 100% outcomes from 2 visits She like starts fights with someone- first time with me. I guess it's actually hilarious since all these reviews are about how terrible customer service is with this one particular lady. I often wonder if the extra litter on the road are messages from the patrons she has offended. I just really needed gas- but I don't think it's worth it. Gas ain't cheap enough for that kind of attitude.

Always a bad experience everytime that woman names Pat is working,always doing something weird to customer. She stayed on the phone doesn't care who's waiting, she turned off lights while you putting Gaz, like I said she's very rude, she said to a customer if you can't wait go somewhere else while she's on the phone. Very bad bad experience.

Not much to say about a gas station. However I do have to say, that even though they are self service station, when I was having a hard time pumping my gas due to a broken thumb, the older man came out of the booth to do it for me.
