“I called to get an inspection at about 4pm, mind you they close at 430. 2 days left in the month, the owner answered, says there were probably 5 cars ahead of me. I said ok, I'll come tomorrow, he said to come down and see where we're at. I live about 6 minutes from there, if that. I showed up, walked in, he said inspection? I said yes, he said have a seat. Probably waited about 20-25 minutes. 3 more people called while I was there, he told them to come on down as well! That's customer service!”
“location location location very convienent right off 495 great customer service very friendly staff at all hours of the day. they are very helpful been here a bunch of times during snow storms/blizzards etc recently 1 of my visits the power went out as i was getting ready to pump they were on it right away let the customers know what was going on and eta was on point. had us back up and runnning in under 10 min”

“Excellent customer service in that store! Deplorable work environment! It was a was so hot in there… every single customer was upset that employees are forced to work in that extreme environment. It was 85 degrees in there, and employees have no access to the thermostat. Fix this corporate! Unacceptable!”

“Been having repairs to both of my cars done here for over a decade. Used to be skeptical going to most garages, definitely dealerships, being female and not always being able to figure out what the issue with the car was. Not at Methuen Shell! They have never tried to take advantage of me/my wallet, they have never recommended work that wasn't required, and they always explain what needs to be done and the different options available - both the minimum so as to not break the bank, and what they recommend to take care of the issue long term. They always call after looking into the issue with an estimate of cost and time to repair before doing the job. They have fair and competitive pricing. They are and have always been that friendly, reliable, and trustworthy neighborhood garage anyone hopes to find! Strongly recommend!”

“The pump did not shut off when my car was full and gas spilled all over the ground till I got my total amount of $20.00 in my tank. It was the closet pump facing the building heading towards Methuen. Needs to be fixed. The attended did clean up the spilled gas.”

“When I don't want to drive to Salem, NH just for gas at Haffners (where it is sometimes close to $1 less per gallon), I go to the Sunoco. It's usually 30-40 cents cheaper. The few times I've gone inside, the people are always nice, friendly, and polite.”

“This is my favorite place in METHUEN! I have been coming here for two years. The men do quality work at a reasonable price. Make sure you tell them how much you’re working with and they will work with you. It’s a family run business so you know everyone is well trained. It's a big well lit store that has all the conveniences you could ever want. AAA+Oh, and they have the least expensive fuel in the area, gas and diesel.Services for tractor trailers out back. “Nice people, they have a nice Keno bar even if I didn't use it this visit. I was mainly there to grab an energy drink and go get crispelli's from the Food Truck outside but it's great to know they have more than gas and a convenience store.”
