If you're having problems with your Switch or you're getting a new one, this is the place that you need to go. Jeff is a master of the insanely complicated world of migrating Switch data from one to another. Gave me great trade in value on my old one and then I got a brand new OLED one. ESPECIALLY if you're in deep with the Bank of Nook, you need to trust the experts on this or you'll lose your whole island; Villagers, fruit trees, veggies, museum, and all. Oh, also they have some cool nerd gifts and pretty reasonable Pokemon cards, so pretty dope if you need to do some last minute kid shopping after Chipotle.

Worst service ever no custoner service at all the guy there named travis is very rude with an attitude like if you asking for free stuff evn if you are spending your money last time i will buy in this location

Giving them 1 star is to much. They suppose to close at 9. Doors And gates were locked when I got there at 8:15. Don't know how this place is still up and running at this location.

They never answer phone calls can call multiple times and still no one answers worst customer service and employeees who are lazy to even just pick up a phone call

Everything here is extremely expensive including the games and consuls. I do not understand why you would even go into the store when there’s are stores like Walmart to sell stuff for half the price and even Walmarts pretty expensive. The people here are also very mean and if you try and trade in a game no probably give you a game that is 26 years old like pong highly recommend not going here.

Stopped by here at 7:47pm on 7/6/23 and they had their gates closed. Can’t say I was surprised, these stores are circling the drain, basically a modern day blockbuster at this point.Stop by a location that respects the the patronage that they still receive and stay open until their listed closing time of 8pm (or whatever hours they have listed). This place doesn’t, and doesn’t deserve your business.

The Return policy was voided for a brand new game that was still ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETURN POLICY ON THE RECIPT. the kid wasn’t helpful at all if there was a manager I would have cussed them both out.

The store literally makes up its own hours I'll look it up on Google it'll say it's open till eight ill get there at 7:45 and the store has decided to close early. This happens frequently. It's really aggravating that I drive all the way there and they're not even open when they're supposed to be open.

Kid inside was very helpful and informative. Decent store. Clean and in order. Not the biggest collection of games but worth stop for a game ;)

This is my favorite GameStop to go to. I love browsing the store, and almost always buy something from here for each visit. So many neat items to choose from.
