Jim offeredto meet my bus from Boston and pick me up at Salem, NH,which is just a few miles from his showroom. Jim is veryknowledgeable about cars and very honest and transparentin his business dealings. After agreeing on a price, Jimdrove me to the insurance company to obtain plates andregistration, then to a station to obtain my MA inspectionsticker. And on top of that – the car came with a FULLtank of gas! I have never had such a smooth car-buyingexperience! I found Jim to be a man of integrity and an honestbusinessman, willing to do what it takes to make the customerhappy! I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Jim!

I contacted Jim Smith after finding a car I was looking for in the Tristate Auto Group listings. He responded in minutes and i was able to schedule a test drive that afternoon. We arrived and were greeted like old friends. The car was ready and exactly as described. After the test drive he gave a tour of their facilities, which is very impressive. The car was worth every penny of the asking price and I was surprised to learn there were no additional fees to consider such as documentation. This was the easiest and quickest experience we have had at a car dealership.We will be checking here first for our next purchase.

This is a 5 Star Dealership. If you are interested in a fair price on a well cared for high end luxury car, then look no further. Jim Smith is Professional, Knowledgeable and personable. After looking for a hard top convertible for two months over the winter we almost gave up the search due to the ridiculous shipping, handling and environmental fees that other used car dealerships were charging. Our last attempt was to look local and we found Exotic Car Club of America. Jim had us test drive the car and disclosed to us why the previous owner was selling and any and all maintenance needs the car may have missed or needed. We already knew the price was very fair having done our research. Jim held the car for us with no money down until we were certain and he gave us his word! Jim also gave us valuable information on caring for the car, information we were not aware of that will save us money in the long run. The transaction was easy and flawless thanks to Jim's attention to detail. Jim delivered the car personally to our driveway! Now if that isn't 5 star customer service at it's very best. Jim has another happy returning customer.
