wish I could give this 0 stars. I got this as a gift for my friend who's grandma passed away and wanted to cheer her up. I arrived at the location for when my order was supposed to be picked up and there was a sign on the door saying "be back in 30" so I left and ran another errand and came back 30 minutes later. when I came back the place was CLOSED, despite their 6pm closing time (it was 5:40 at this point). Saturday I received a call saying I needed to come pick it up but at this point I didn't want it so I tried to call back multiple times, multiple days, and no one has picked up. on top of this, I received an email saying my order has been picked up, however I have not come to the store since. never order from this location they're awful!!!

I ordered for the first time and there was an error with my order that something was missed, I called and spoke with Irene, or Iris I believe at the Methuen location and she said she'd take care of it first thing and ship out a completley full new order the next day to my girlfriend and apologized for the error which I thought was quite above and beyond, most would just discount the order or next order one, so kudos to the customer service. I apologize if I got her name incorrect but thank you for helping me with my order.

I never leave bad reviews but this is the third time this place is so disappointing. I stopped ordering after I sent an order to my cousin last year and they literally delivered it to the wrong house and I had to stay on the phone with the driver for 15 min while she found the house. Then my bf sent me an order and they ran out of the flowers bundle and replaced it with a cheap box of chocolate with a post it note on it saying sorry we sold out of your flowers and never even informed him or refunded it lol. Then today my mom sends me a birthday arrangement paid $120 only to have old strawberries that I wouldn’t even feed to an animal. Thankfully I told my fam about the new spot in Methuen that actually has Fresh fruit and reasonable pricing for their customers.

The prices are so ridiculous compared to what you actually get. My dad got me this for my birthday and I honestly felt bad he spent $70 on something so mediocre. It wasn’t creative at all, some of the fruits fell off, there wasn’t even a lot of fruit on it. It was just WAY too expensive for what it actually gives it’s ridiculously sad. & the chocolate on it isn’t even good. I’m not one to complain but this was such a rip off. In the picture you can see that was all the fruit on it, only that for $70!!!!

I made a mistake in the delivery address & they were so quick to response & resolve the issue. Not only that but they delivered so quickly! Great customer service ? arrangement was beautiful & my grandmother loved it. Thank you so much ? know that you put a smile on my face & a bigger one on my grandma’s.

Google says that the store is open 24 hours! But guess what? It opens 9am closes at 3pm !!!! What a joke ?

I really had to come on here to explain the piss poor customer service I got here today. I called the first time, a man answered the phone, I asked would it be possible If I could get something out today? He said yes but not for a few hours, I say sure no problem. I then proceed to ask what he would recommend and he asked If I could check the site, and call him back in few minutes. Sure, no. problem.. I call him back in 10 minutes and instead of taking my call they make me wait on call hold, picks up the phone I hear talking and laughing in the back and they hang up. I call again, same thing. I call one last time, again, he picks up the phone and hangs up on purpose. This was my first time trying to give this place my business and my last. I called 20 minutes later just so I can give them one more shot before really getting annoyed, I call and instead of picking it up and hanging it up, he picks it up, transferred the call to CORPERATE so I proceeded to tell them of my piss poor amateur shouldn't be running this embarrassment store experience. Smart job. Would say next time don't be so.... strange? But there will not be a next time. Brought my biz to nearby Edible Arrangements and was treated as one would hope to be treated.

I received an edible arrangement from my cousin, which was missing one of the four fruits. When she called to request a partial refund for the missing fruit the employee offered to send it back out to me immediately instead. The employee asked if it was my birthday, and upon hearing that the arrangement was being sent because my family is having to put our dog down they went above and beyond and sent flowers in addition to the missing fruit. AMAZING customer service. 11/10 would recommend.Thank you for your kindness.

I ordered a box of mixed dipped fruit for my cousin who is putting her dog down as a way to cheer her up a bit. I initially ordered a box with apples, strawberries, bananas and pineapple, however the box that was delivered did not have pineapple. I called and spoke with an employee (I can’t remember if his name was Ruben or Ramon I’m sorry!!) who immediately offered to send the pineapple out to her. Amazing customer service and such a delicious treat! I know it put a smile on her face, thank you!!!Update: so they delivered my cousin’s pineapple but also gifted her an absolutely beautiful floral arrangement and a delicious cheesecake. I am so impressed and blown away! Seriously so thoughtful I cannot thank you guys enough.

I want to extend a HUGE shoutout to the young man that delivered my Mother's Day bouquet. I just had surgery and have to use a walker. When I opened the door, the young man ask me if I would like him to bring the fruit into my condo. I told him that it would be very helpful. There are not many teens that would consider helping. Thank you young man, your parents brought you up to respect, honor elder citizens.

I got something for my girlfriend's birthday and wasn't what it was supposed to be only a few apples had caramel and it looks like some of the apples were starting to rot..I gave 3 stars because the person that helped me was very nice
