It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership. From owner to sales guys, all stand up gentlemen, and family men that were honest and fair. There was no pressure buying my car and also had a few good laughs. (Danielson). I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a hassle free car buying experience .

I had been searching for a used Ford Mustang in NY state for a while. On a whim, I expanded my search and came across a 2009 Mustang at Dracut's Car Connection. The listing mentioned free delivery, which made me skeptical, thinking it might be a scam. However, after calling Frank, I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. Frank offered to deliver the car to me, understanding that I was 3.5 hours away and couldn't visit the dealership soon, but was serious about the purchase.
I called Frank at 9:00 AM Friday to finalize the deal, but he wasn't in the office yet and offered to call me back. He returned my call before noon and apologized for the delay. We closed the deal over the phone, and I made a good faith deposit. Frank initially thought the car could be delivered early in the week but needed to confirm. On Sunday afternoon, he informed me that Monday delivery wasn't possible but confirmed Wednesday instead. The car arrived on Wednesday within an hour of the estimated timeframe. As promised, there were no issues, and the car looked beautiful. The staff delivering the car were courteous and professional.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you aren't sure go read the 1-star reviews and see how this dealership tries to do their best to make everyone happy. Top notch all the way.

I bought a 2016 Ford Focus fron here...beautiful car inside and out. Took it to NH inspection..it passed with no problems at all. When I first bought the car there was a little problem (no fault of theirs) but they came right back up (car was delivered ) took the car back to fix and delivered it back to me. They even left me with another car to use. Car is in excellent shape. Thank you so much Frank and to the 2 gentleman who delivered the car, thank you!

Amazing customer service . I left with the vehicle I wanted, payment that I wanted they even helped me get a extended warranty that covered absolutely everything that could be costly to fix on the vehicle. They are not pushy salesman they def. Make sure you leave with what you want abd that the price , and payment are suitable as well. strongly recommend if you want a knowledgeable salesman that is truly looking out for your best interest Dracuts Car Connection is the spot. Ask for Frank he is great.

I bought a car today from these guys. They went over and above to answer all my questions which were a lot!! And they delivered it an hour from there garage before I even bought it! Salesman even went with me to bank and DMV to help me because I'm disabled!.. you would do well to give them the chance over these other surrounding garages that were treating me like I was just to much to bother with!. Expect the usual for almost any used car dealer, This place like any other dealer profited off the sale as they should do to keep the doors open for business which is how they continue to stay afloat.Frank the owner sold us a used Luxury Suv for probably more then we should have paid but it's totally understandable do to having no credit,the vehicle had a few issues that weren't noticed until the sale was final and he made sure that they where fixed in a timely manner,thanks again for the sweet ride Frank hope to see your business shine brighter in the future.....new owners of a Navigator....
