Had a continuous issue with my brakes they investigated multiple times, told me it was fixed on three occasions and I paid 3 times for investigative service. I called the service manager and requested a call back multiple times, but got nothing in response. This dealership is awful. They have zero customer service, they are overwhelmed with anything other than an oil change, the dealership is a mess and they leave their customers hanging out to dry.

This is by far the worst dealership in massachusetts. They were ok when I got the vehicle even though they screwed up my Vin number. As soon as my car needed work done they eye awful. They diagnose my breaks which did have a break light on. They say I needed a new parking lever and new break pads in the front. They quoted it at 7,000 dollars. A couple of days later they said I needed a parking switch that was 280 bucks. As soon as I pick up my car I seen they did front rotors. I'm like you guys didn't tell me that over the phone. The total charge was 7500 dollars now remind you the car was only 2 years old. The manufacturer didn't cover anything. I got ripped off to say the least. I think they should give me my money back for at least the front rotors because they never specified I needed new rotors. They took the liberty to just do it themselves. Also a oil change was supposed to be performed which I don't think they did. They pull like was at 13 percent. One last thing upon leaving the dealership after they performed there work my car was making all noises from when they fixed the breaks. I called them right away just for the service guy whose name was Anthony to just lie to me. He said he test drove my car when it was done. I think he forgot that when I dropped my bat off he didn't know how to drive stick shift. Well Anthony my car is a 6 speed manual. Unbelievable they take your money and lie to you. Worst dealership ever.

Trash service. No one cares about any issues the car may have once you drive off the lot.

I brought my car in to service the radio in my 2017 dodge challenger. They said it would be $180 for the diagnostics. Upon completion they said it needed an update. They did the update for $180. The mechanic said it was working but if it happens again I would need a new radio. I checked it in the parking lot and nothing worked as it was supposed to. The GPS said I was in the Atlantic ocean and the bluetooth phone was still not functional. The service manager after checking the radio said it must be the wiring you need a new radio for $1100 installed. He said because they did the work there was no help with the $370 it cost me for a service that didn't work from work right off of the lot. I will not be using there service department anymore.

Stay away...Because I had trouble removing the locked wheel nuts from my Wrangler, I went to this Jeep dealer to have my locked wheels unlocked and replaced with regular wheel lug nuts. The service manager assured that it would be no problem. Not only did they break the unlocking tool, they threw it away and said "sorry"..... With not a word about a replacement.

Absolutely horrible experience at this dealership that caused me financial loss. Cris Costa (manager) and Krismerlin Valdez (salesperson) should be fired immediately for their incompetence and lies. I wasted time and days of work purchasing a vehicle from them, I signed the contract, insured the car, and the day I was supposed to pick up the car, all was paid for, Cris calls and says there were two big problems: they failed to add my last name to the contract so allegedly was invalid and that the car was actually 4,000 more because him and the salesperson made a mistake. When I arrived, they all tried to dodge me. They hadme speak to a new manager and it was his first day, he was completely clueless to the situation. They didn't try to solve the problem, instead Cris tried to say the VIN number was wrong and that I had bought the wrong car which I had not. It was correct on all my paperwork including my insurance company's. This company has caused me so much trauma, that I am taking them to court. This treatment is inexcusable and there must be consequences for the moral damages and false advertisement and fraud this company is doing. I will make sure everyone finds out about this!

Stay far far away from this place! A bunch of snakes running this business. They will not fix their mistakes when they sell you a FAULTY vehicle! I had my 2 week old car taken to a local mechanic because I suspected it needed new brakes after JUST buying the car. It did in fact need new rear brakes!! I took it back to the dealership immediately and they said "everything looks fine" . The mechanic lied to you. LOL. Mind you I'm 4.5 months pregnant and have a 1.5 year old . Shame on them for not caring about safety or fixing their mistakes. All to save a dollar! Screw this place stay FAR AWAY!!!If you care about your safety , well being and over all mental health (seriously ) do not do business with this establishment.

Shady dealership, not surprised. Wouldn't honor the 90 day warranty as promised and fix the issue with my jeep i bought from them. When i picked my jeep up after purchase, all 4 tires had low pressure, used mask/trash in the back seat compartment and then refused to actually do an interior detail, and gave me a key fob with a dead battery and i got stranded at the gas station once i turned my car off (car wouldn't turn on because it's push to start and couldn't recognize the fob). Stay away from this dealership.

They don't deserve any stars.Even before the pandemic created this absurd market, they had bait and switch advertising tactics. They would advertise one price, and far far below on their website, passed links for other vehicles where most people would stop scrolling if they were content on that vehicle, showed the info that their price reflects money down.I didn't think a licensed new car dealer would use such tactics.I was in their showroom, had already driven the vehicle and was ready to buy, but walked out over that.Via email after, they offered to wipe that off, but that is an unnecessary tactic and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Now, here we are in a pandemic, and there are close by dealers like Foss Motors in Exeter NH, who DONT price gouge, but of course Dan O'Brien doesI was looking at a yellow Islander, because I was selling my vehicle and had a buyer lined up.My buyer backed out and it took a bit longer to sell.In the meantime they added "$5,000 market adjustment" and wouldn't even honor the original price for me even though I was already in communications with them. (Their rep actually lied and said the previous price reflected that kind the rebates which had expired.... When in history have Wranglers ever been rebated by five grand?!? They then finally added the market adjustment)The vehicle didn't sell at the original msrp for months, and didn't sell at the mark up for months.... That's doesn't exactly reflect the market does it?Please let's all remember if and when things return to normal who tried to price gouge and take advantage of the public who's going through a pandemic.
