I don't think I could say enough of how professional, patient, and attentive Giovanni our salesmen was when me and my mom purchased an electric scooter and two Golden medical reclining power lift chairs. My family has been in business for over 54 yrs serving the public and understand our customers needs and how the customer is everything when it comes to our business. Giovanni was the person who understands the customer and makes you part of the Conlin's family. I had a small incident the day after with the chairs were delivered and Gio was there the same day correcting the situation. Everyone from the showroom employees to the delivery man and manager during the delivery was so professional and kind. Sorry for the long review, but it was needed. Thank you Conlin's.

Collins went out of their way to get my prescription information from the drs office that I have been waiting for about 2 months now. They were so helpful and concerned about me getting what I needed. Very helpful and pleasant to to me. I want to thank them very much for their help. Couldn’t praise Conlin’s enough and Julie who went above and beyond to make sure that we knew the process to getting an important piece of medical equipment for my husbands care. We spent a week with another medical care company to be given the runaround, they didn’t even bother sending in the insurance paperwork and returned no phone calls. When I was finally able to reach them after a week they decided then to tell me they don’t even carry The medical equipment that we are looking for. We found out Conlins carries it and I got lucky enough that I got a customer representative named Julie. She patiently waited for me to tell her what was going on and then told me what needed to be done. I was able to call the doctors office and tell them exactly what paperwork we needed. We also followed up with each other because additional paperwork was needed and instead of just ignoring it she made sure it got addressed. We have gotten further in this process in two days with Julie then we got in two weeks. I highly recommend this company.

I have a prescription for durable medical equipment with an upgrade. I also have verification that insurance will pay 100%. The insurance AND my doctor told me to go to Conlin's, now what? Since they don't have it in store, they will not order it. What's the point of durable medical equipment if the pharmacy specializing in the field refuses to order it.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Julie yesterday. She was so helpful and so awesome while helping me with plans to have my shower chair delivered. Julie even helped me with my IPhone so that I could get phone calls from Colins pharmacy. I never in my fifty seven years had such an awesome helpful person on the phone before. So happy to see Conlin’s finally opening up with their old school standards. I walked in beginning of the week to get a brace and a wonderful young eccentric woman took care of me. She had green hair and was so positive and ready to do anything I needed. Glad to see Conlin’s being accepting of others and not expecting everyone to fill their bland mold! It’s 2021 people!!!!

Went up to Conlin’s with my dad, let’s just say he is a handful!! Laura helped us out so much!! She was so polite, helpful, professional, and got us all the information we needed. She had the “staff-in-training” name badge (assuming she was fairly new) we couldn’t tell!
