Judy was the most unprofessional agent I’ve ever met. Spoke negatively about her clients, then called another client and gave poor representation of a house that was being viewed. She was asked to leave the property multiple times before she did. Called Coco Early to notify them, they disconnected the call 3 times. Equally in professional.

Jessica derby and Reggie Eld ..two names to stay away from in this company completely. I sold my house started off with Jessica who appraised my home in Haverhill 25,000$ OVER its value. She legit was so lost , young and just in it for the money she gave me a horrible vibe from the start so I switched over to Reggie. The dude never reached out to me for important message relays, he had one hour long open house a week IF that, laziest dude I've ever dealt with and I'm military for 8 years with a year to Baghdad. Reggie and Jess were both extremely unprofessional and my house stayed on the market for legit a "quick sale" that lasted 10 months and went for 20 grand less then what I wanted. Honestly it was one Problem After another and hey both took offense when I put them in their place and got defensive and mean . The worst and most unprofessional and under experienced group of people I've ever dealt with in my life. He amount of stress Reggie and Jess put me through to sell this home ...I wish i just kept the house or used a different agency. What a mess no joke reach out to me before using them

Blaise Coco and Sydney Cimino are a fabulous realtor team. Not only were they profesional but their exemplary demeanor, genuine, caring, warm, and kind nature was the greatest pleasure we had while buying our house.
