The WORST. They waste more of your time than they are worth, inconvenient and slow. Don't waste your time making reservations in advanced because they make you wait and do it ALL again when you're picking up your rental. The Worst Car Rental I have ever dealt with. Do NOT Recommend.

Rented a moving truck it was full of ants and when I drove through rain the water started coming in through the roof of the truck.

I called b4 I changed my flight reservation and was told by Reggie that there would be no extra charge since I already paid for an entire extra day anyway. I called back after I changed my flight and talked to George. He placed me on hold to talk to another Budget rep who said there is an extra charge. I told George I literally just talked to Reggie and was told no extra charge. George placed me on hold again and got back and said "nevermind, you are right, no extra charge. The employee I just talked to did not have the correct answer" George talked to Javier and confirmed that no extra charge would be applied. Then Budget charged me the extra day!! I am so angry right now! Especially after speaking with a supervisor trying to get this resolved. The RUDE supervisor, said have already told you, do you want me to tell you again?!" Not only did they charge my card for the extra day, but I have paperwork that states extra days are charged at $118.00, they charged $147.00 and said the difference is taxes?! Whaaaa????!! Never again will I use this rental co. and I travel alot!! I cannot get out of their nightmare!! It all depends who and when you talk to someone there. I keep getting different answers.

Great customer service. Attendant was extremely busy and throughout the process got to everyone fast and with the utmost pleasant demeanor. Process was smooth and efficient. Car is great. And I’m happy so far with everything.

Car low tire is on went to exchange car in Massachusetts guy was rude said didn't have any cars offered. Then someone brought 1 in he said u can take this as is it hasn't been sanitized. Terrible service

Called ahead and asked if they had a van for the next day and was told to proceed with booking online. Booked for 8am the next day and came around 8:30am. The van I had was almost perfect condition (no scratches or anything), but I was told this was rare. Vehicle runs great. Returned around 6pm and dropped of the keys. Super convenient, quick, and budget friendly experience for me. (Total was $170 for around 110miles + $25 to fill up the gas)

Salif is the man! Very helpful, gregarious, knowledgeable, and works quickly with enthusiasm. We got a great car for our trip and we will use Salif/this location again!

This is the worst place to even try to rent a car and no one in customer service is any better , I am so upset that this place has no regard for people at all they don’t try to help anyone I spoke to 4 different people plus 1 in person and still got no where with getting a car I would never ever even think about this company at all it’s upsetting

Good experience, busy as ever on the weekends, but was simple to get the car and drop it back off. Employee is a good guy, customer service is good especially during these tougher times.Side note: location is attached to the days inn. Kind of not straight forward, so just know if you get to the days inn, you're there, you won't miss the sign upfront.

We had a reservation for 11:00 am . They didn't have a car available. Had me waiting for 3 hours to then find out I couldn't get a car. What type of customer service is that?

Wow. Rented a car here back in February 2021 and they never listed my brother as an authorized driver, which I asked for. We got in an accident after some really bad icy roads. Got a claim that the car was “totaled” JUST NOW IN MAY! I shall never be renting from here again!
