Girlfriend took her car in for inspection: fail...Left, front, ball joint. They drove the car in and 7 minutes later came out and said “bad news. You need a ball joint.”After calling and asking “upper or lower”, the reply was “Lower”. Then they called back saying “You have to check the upper too, because we couldn’t tell. Maybe you have to do the upper too”... So, you found something and the inspection stops? Sounds like a pay, and then find something else, then something else... And so on, and so on.So... What did We pay for? Because it looks like I paid for them to tell me to inspect the car.Additional data: a month ago the girlfriend stopped in there to have a tire plugged. She came out with a quote to replace the brake pads for $650 (part and labor). The brakes were worn and it’s doubtful she would have gotten another year, but.....A premium set of pads cost $80 and it took me (In the driveway/no lift) 1 hour 15 minutes. Calculates out to around $500 an hour. Really? We all know that there are shady and honest places. The data says this place is shady. They are either gouging people, or they don’t know what they are doing. The first visit indicates the first case, and the second visit certainly indicates the second. In either case it’s not good for the owner of the vehicle. Both, is dangerous combination.Would not be surprised to see this place on 20/20... I will certainly never go there again. If you need repairs I suggest you skip this place and find a reputable service facility. The management is more than welcome to contest the data, but it doesn’t change it.

I had a battery replaced in truck and the battery cover looked smashed so after further inspecting the battery I noticed it was a lot smaller than the one had replaced just think a cheap battery was put it that was not ideal for my truck. It was a lot smaller than the battery tray. The battery cover was smashed to get the small battery post to work. This was bad work. I will not be going back to this place for any mechanic work.

BP has chosen profits over people and the Gulf. You will not feel very good about your purchase if you buy gas at a BP station.
