I’ve been an account holder for years with only good experiences then went to deposit a certified check and was told by the teller there may be an overnight hold on the deposit but it will likely be available the next day only to get home and see my deposit is on a five business day hold to “validate the funds” with no reason given. I Talked to customer service representatives and a specialist who were all no help and only said they couldn’t do anything to expedite or remove the hold. First of all, banks can adjust deposit holds and secondly, certified checks should be available the next business day without the need for extra validation. This is ridiculous my new car is sitting in parking lot because my payment is being held hostage.

I am not happy with a 2 week hold on my funds via check; but the staff at this branch went above and beyond for me. I'm leaving a positive review for the branch because the staff spent 40 minutes with an address issue for opening my account up; they didn't have to do that for me. I would recommend branch to anyone else.

Can never call and get a hold of someone at this branch. Automated press 1 then 4 and after 10-15 minutes they are all busy and the call gets dropped!

0% help for Ukrainian refugees!!!!I was there 3 times by 1 week! Every time I was going there from Lowell.Every time they asked me for more and more documents that I don’t have. I was bring them all what I had: my Ukrainian Passport for traveling aboard, my international COVID vaccination certificate with stamps, 2 Ukrainian “Master Card” bank debit and credit cards (without name on it), Dummy Social (temporary SSN), Travel Authorization. I just wasted my time without any results!My girlfriend opened account and received debit card of Bank of America in Andover just with her Ukrainian Passport for traveling aboard. My friend in Chicago received debit card of Bank of America just with Ukrainian passport and address approve. My another friend which arrived with me in 1 day, opened bank account in Seattle just with Ukrainian Passport for traveling aboard. I’m just wondering what the stupid rules is going on in this bank….

No matter what day I come in, in takes 30 to 45 minutes for the line to go through whenever i have to cash a check for a customer. Absolutely the worst slowest bank around

Worst location for Bank of America. Waited 1:30 minutes in line just to take money out. Manager wouldn’t help the only teller they have working. This is Friday right before holiday weekend. Worst experience. I shouldn’t have to wait this long to get access to my own money. Ridiculous!

Worst Bank of America I have ever been too. Don’t go there. You wait forever to be told you have to make an appointment. If this was the only Bank of America, I would change banks.

Terrible and most inefficient banking system ever seen. Almost a hour and half in line to cash a check, only to be told couldn't without making phone calls. Complete garbage.

Awful bank and service. I own a business and needed to make a deposit before the bank closed. I arrived at 12:40pm on a Saturday and they did not let me in. The bank closed at 1pm and since the bank of America has closed so many branches I had to drive 30 minutes to get to this location. I wasted time and gas for no reason. This is disrespectful to us the clients of this bank. Let me just say that this is the WORST bank ever. If you are considering opening a bank account, please go to Santander, Eastern or any other but this one. I have had too many bad experiences with this bank.
