“Don and Freddy are stand-up guys. Bought a fancy (by my standards) used vehicle at a very fair price, beating competitors by several thousand. Due to some personal issues on my end, they dropped off the vehicle at my house one hour away, free of charge, freshly detailed. They noticed some minor issues (I did not notice), including worn tires, and proactively addressed these issues free of charge (around $2000 worth of work). I never write reviews, but this shows that they are people of integrity, customer-focused, and not just trying to make a quick buck.

“So last night my golf r developed a misfire I freaked out called vw the told me that if were to drop it off they could probably take a look at next Thursday (that a whole week to diag a misfire ) so the this morning I called kmh and he told me bring it in we can look at it asap. In a matter of hours they had diagnosed my car fixed my can and did and oil change . And for a very fair price this car from now on is only going to KMH . If anyone needs help with anything Volkswagen or audi even Porsche. These are guys to bring it too”

“For many years I struggle to find a good reliable mechanic in my area, funny story I had and Audi A6 that I took to a mechanic for an oil change the garage owner had one of his assistant do the work the genius drain my transmission oil instead of the engine. After bringing her car to a couple of different repair shops my sister asked me to drop her off at Pro Auto Repair and it didn't take long for Jean to figure out what was wrong with her car, I thought it was a miracle, after observing how knowledgeable Jean was I brought my car to his shop also and he has been the only mechanic I would bring my car to and that has been for many years now.Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“I called to get an inspection at about 4pm, mind you they close at 430. 2 days left in the month, the owner answered, says there were probably 5 cars ahead of me. I said ok, I'll come tomorrow, he said to come down and see where we're at. I live about 6 minutes from there, if that. I showed up, walked in, he said inspection? I said yes, he said have a seat. Probably waited about 20-25 minutes. 3 more people called while I was there, he told them to come on down as well! That's customer service!”
“John is the best mechanic I have ever come across. He is extremely honest and hard working. You can tell he is an expert in the field and does what is best for his customers. As an example, I went to John thinking I needed a full brake job (front and back). John advised me that both were not necessary at the time given its current condition which saved me and my family money. He could have easily said both needed to be done but that’s not the type of guy John is which is why he’s been so successful over the years.
