They refuse to pick up the phone. It rang and rang with no pick up. Sorry, trying to get through to someone is a waste of your time.

I don't know if the individual who has me on their route has it out for us, but we have had a ton of problems with them. Driving over/ ripping up our lawn. Taking out fence posts. Packages left in puddles or half in the street. Deliveries of time sensitive items sent to the wrong address. Marked as delivered but clearly not. In contacting the branch they can't tell us where our stuff ends up. Estimated delivery times will pass and then they will update them to a later time, which will again pass. It is extremely frustrating to deal with these people as they don't seem to want to take accountability. I get it, things get lost, but 50% of what I order ended up lost or unusable.

i don't think I've ever had a more friendly experience over the phone than i did here today. I live in Tennessee and shipped a package to my grandma here which didn't make it on time. With less than 5 minutes on the phone everything was figured out and she should be getting her gift today <3

I was waiting on a package from this post office. They delivered it to another home. It was merchandise I paid for with my MONEY!!!! and the scumbag pigs that stole my mail never returned it to the post office. The post office said they contacted these scumbag pigs and they said they would go through their mail. YEAH RIGHT!!! LYING SCUMBAGS!!!!! THEN THE POST OFFICE SAID IT WAS NOT STOLEN IT WAS STOLEN AND THEY ARE WERE TRYING TO SAY I AM AT Fault. I am not done with this post office yet as I will take it to a higher level to pursue.

The Merrimac USPS has the most outstanding customer service. I worked with a gentlemen named Frank and Frank helped me out with an urgent issue that I had and he took great care of me. He went above and beyond to help a customer out in need. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great Great Service!!!

This is the best post office ever. The people who work here are awesome, kind, and helpful. The parking is great too. The carriers out of this station are equally as wonderful.

Doesn't open until 9am weekdays, closed during lunch. Still doesn't deliver to several neighborhoods in the Lake Attitash area, even though the roads are now paved and serviced by Fedex & UPS.

MERRIMAC MA US POST OFFICE: If I could give it less than a star I would. They have given me and my neighbors so many excuses not to deliver mail to my road and force us all to use an unsafe location that uses a keyed box at at the end of our road instead of delivering to our houses. I recently lost the key to the box and was told that I need to go pay for a lock Smith because it doesn't belong to the USPS when they forced us to use it. Can you believe this? I was also recently told by the post master that they would not deliver to any new roads or developments yet there is a new road across from mine that gets delivery! BUT just now a USPS truck comes up my driveway honking his horn like the good humor man and leaves someone else's package at my garage door! This is typical. The guy didn't even know the road name when I live next to the street sign and its a half mile from their office. Our tax dollars hard at work. Our road is Lanes Ten Acres. If anyone reading this can help us get delivery on our road all the residents would be very greatful!
