Kathy is amazing! Not only is she responsive, affordable, and kind, the finished product looks gorgeous. What's more, we first sent get off into the world with the wrong fabric. Kathy somehow worked a miracle with West Elm, and arranged for them to exchange the fabric entirely for free. We are very happy customers.

Kathy made a slip cover for our sofa and then made six down pillows for other chairs in our living room...all perfectly done, on time and at a very reasonable price. She even recommended where to buy the fabric.
