“Just a tip. If you are looking for their atm late night, it's hard to find. There's a Walmart and Home Depot (I believe) that I pulled over at to look up a map. Luckily a (cute) police officer stopped and explained to me that I needed to go further past Home Depot and when you're at Bed Bath & Beyond, it's almost straight across the parking lot. He was doing his rounds and was heading there and offered for me to follow. I wouldn't have found it, being not from the area.”

“I called this branch by mistake - thankfully. What a night and day experience vs. the utterly unhelpful Salem branch. The person with whom I spoke could not have been more helpful. She helped me reset a password for online banking, which Salem wouldn't do without my physically coming in. This experience actually felt normal. Exceptional customer service here. This branch should train Salem branch employees.”
“GREAT place to do banking!I have become dissatisfied with major national banking.....friend mentioned Service Credit Union.I visited this small location mid morning on a weekday and business was brisk. However, the two tellers were pleasant and efficiently meeting clients requests. The line moved quickly. I was quite pleased.Is it possible in person banking needn't be a grinding chore? I opened a new member account literally within minutes. Surprise! Surprise! In person banking needn't be a time consuming groaning chore!Jessica, Branch Manager, is on top of things and does a great job!..I never felt rushed with my queries. She guided me thru some banking technicalities and I am able to execute a financial plan to my satisfaction.Farewell major national banks! Service Credit Union is the way I choose to bank. “I wouldn't usually write a review for a bank, BUT the Rowley TD compared to the Groveland branch is like night and day. The tellers at Rowley TD are super nice when you walk in, and there is rarely ever a line. The ATM is always in service. I had a huge issue with excessive "transfer" fees at the Groveland TD, and I remember when I tried to resolve the issue I just got a ton of attitude. Love the Rowley TD.”

“Conveniently located in downtown Salisbury and off Route 1, although, getting into bank can sometimes be a bit of a challenge depending on traffic. The inside lobby is huge and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The drive-thru is convenient with enough space to turn into, along with an exterior ATM booth.”

“The staff are all nice and friendly and the manager is very helpful as well. Sometimes the wait at the drive thru can get alittle long but they work diligently to meet our needs. Their covid procedures are good. I've been an account holder with them for about six or so years now. And I've never had an issue. My uncle and one of the staff I'm unsure but I don't know if they get along. He always seems to have some sort of issue when he goes and I don't know if it's just himself or the staff having the issue. Not like a conflict just there's always something lol. I tend to be a bit clumsy mentally and I'm quite new to doing stuff with banking so I tend to be alittle slow. They're very helpful and nice when it comes to my questions and concerns. I had some questions about banking and the manager was very helpful although when we spoke over the phone I think I misunderstood what he said so I almost ended up opening another checking account when I actually really meant to just ask questions about it. My own mistake not theirs. They're a great place and I honestly would recommend it. They're surrounded by places to get food and drinks as well, the shell across the street also has a bathroom just in case you need to know.”
