I didn't leave snowblower out at end of driveway. When I said I was home and to ring the doorbell because I didn't want it stolen, his response was "that's why people have security cameras". Said he would charge me twice to come and get it now. Not a very good customer service. As they say "buyer beware",

first my tractor is 20 years old I brought it to him for repair I ask him to go through the whole thing , he charged me $295 fine I got itused it for two times and the belt broke off I bought a new belt I asked him to come to pick it up and fix it he charged me $100 fine I used it one time and it broke off again i call him to fix it again for the 3 times he went to charge me $500 no way I told him to keep it you’ll be the judge never again. and he called me to ask me to pay 70

I asked about my grass trimmer,but he said he doesn't repair the that brand. I took it home,tried it again,it didn't start, then I remembered it has an on &off switch, I put the switch on and pulled a couple of times,it started right up. Thank you the info.

Lou was excellent in all aspects of the service. Needed a generator serviced. Lou picked it up quickly, diagnosed the problem and helped me to select the best solution. Even offered to bring the generator back early on a Friday night because of a pending storm. Good, knowledgeable and fair guy.

I bought a chain saw from Lew not too far back and a friend borrowed it. The saw was literally falling apart as he attempted to use it.. I told my friend where I bought it and he went there hoping to have it repaired. My friend went to the house as there was no-one in the shop (business hours) and someone at the house yelled at him for doing so. My friend left to avoid getting into an altercation with whatever hothead was yelling at him.

Unethical, unreliable. He is listed as a Troybilt Dealer. So I went to him for warranty work instead of my regular mechanic. "Lew" accepted. But even after I had Troybilt call HIM to help him, he wouldn't do the warranty work...he insisted on billing me. Of course when I went to get my tractor to bring it to a different Troybilt guy...Lew still charged me for his time!

Called Lew's on a Saturday morning looking for a wheel for my tractor. I called ahead & he said he had one. He said that he was closing and would wait for me. As soon as I pulled in, he had the rim/tire ready for me. You don't get this service from the big box stores . Not many will not provide you this service. As soon as I told him what I was looking for on the phone and he knew exactly what I needed. This is a family owned local business. He's got my business & support 100%!!
