Car wash fine the person running it yesterday cause my card wouldn’t work acted like I knew it was going to no work and throw some insult at me as I had him cash cause I’m confused why my card isn’t working check my account more than enough money in it. the chip is just damage but instead had to act like I was trying to get a free wash never been treated like that. I’m veteran I have more integrity than that . I think I’m going to start looking for a new car wash

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would! We took our car for a seat shampoo and they told us it would be 2-3 hours. When we came back, our car looked EXACTLY the same. Our car wasn’t even that bad to begin with, but since we received a free voucher from the dealership (when buying a different car) we felt a shampoo wash would be nice in this car. It’s like they only used a wet rag, no scrubbing no shampoo scent at all. Very disappointed! To think they accepted the tip knowing how poor of a job they did speaks wonders! Had we seen the poor shampoo wash before, I wouldn’t have left a tip! It’s obvious these people don’t take pride in their work. Waste of time!!!

My husband and I almost exclusively use Imperial Wash & Detail for keeping our cars free of road salt, dirt, and currently pollen. The car wash is quick, easy, and perfect for the price. We love the wash books as well. It makes a good deal even better! The cars always come out great and the tire/wheel treatment really makes everything shine. If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend it.

Tim at Imperial Car Wash is very professional, friendly and thorough. Tim does a full pre-wash before my truck even starts going through the car wash. My truck comes out completely clean. The team at Imperial Car Wash is better than any other car wash I’ve been to yet. I highly recommend Tim and his team to get the job done right.

I have been using Imperial Wash and Detail for the past few years. I have been always extremely satisfied with the services provided. The manager isvery attentive and respectful. All the employees are professional and doing a great job getting your vehicle sparkly clean. I love that you can come back for a free car wash if it's raining the next day. They have convenient hours of operation. Excellent place to keep your vehicle clean! I would highly recommend it!Services: Polishing

I have used Imperial Car Wash for over 15 years now and I am really satisfied with the convenience and quality of my service! The employees are very competent and friendly and the price caters to Seniors. I even save my receipts and get a free wash ever seven time I visit! I just recently purchased a car detailing for my friend at Christmas and will probably be satisfied with that service as well! I wash my Maserati at Imperial every week. It always comes out clean. I always see the same people working there with great attitudes and professional service. I have been to many car washes after driving thru and getting out seeing still spots and dirt. what a waste of money.

Best car wash around…I‘ll pass three others just to go here. Car always comes out perfectly clean no matter how dirty it is when I go. The towel dry at the end definitely sets them apart from everyone else. Oh and the manager Tim couldn’t be more friendly and willing to explain any promotions going on…he’s been a staple here for years. Go, you won’t be disappointed!

This is the back of my vehicle after I got home from a deluxe wash. Visible dirt I can wipe off with my finger on the entire rear of the vehicle. I’ll let the picture speak for itself, but if your wife asks you if you actually got the car washed it isn’t a sign of a good service.
