I’ve had a not so good experience so far at imperial ford. Stan was my salesman and he did a wonderful job. If you visit the dealership ask for him, he knows what he’s doing. As for service, I had a misaligned hood on my ranger coming off the lot which took close to 3 months for them to fix. I had several appointments to have it fixed but they wouldn’t do it. As someone who is busy and always seeking urgency, this was unacceptable. I needed to leave my truck for a few days for them to fix my hood and do some other work, but because I wasn’t allowed to have a rental I made the trip for nothing. Of all the cars on their lot, none of them could be made available for me for the time it took for them to fix issues with my truck that so happened to come from the factory. I was also told to expect a call back several times from different managers from service and sales, however, I didn’t hear from anyone for weeks. I had to call them and find out what was going on. Just not a very mindful, considerate, or urgent experience with them so far.

I called in regarding a vehicle price advertised on the dealer website and the agent advised the price should be attainable. After seeing the vehicle I let the sales associate know I wanted to purchase. Sales associate informed me I did not qualify for the discounts and the sale price was 8k above advertised. After speaking with the sales manager, Mr. Mello, we agreed to a price with specific financing through Ford. We shook hands and I paid a small down payment in good faith.
Mr. Finance came to meet me and advised the vehicle was not eligible for the Ford finance offer at the price agreed. After my sales associate advised we agreed to the price terms and first finance offer, Mr. Finance met with the GM who confirmed the proposed deal would not be honored. I asked the down payment be reversed and walked out.
I'm a reasonable fella, but the disconnect between the sales team, finance and the general manager wasted 2+ hours of my day. I'm generally a salesman's dream ( pushover) but the apparent bait and switch was unprofessional and something I'd assumed was a thing of the past.
Shout out to the sales team, as they were knowledgeable and professional, big thumbs down to the communication between them and the shot callers/finance team. Let me walk after not getting their finance kickbacks over the difference of maybe 1-2k .

Tony at Imperial Ford was a fantastic salesperson to work with! He provided a no-pressure, professional approach throughout the entire process, which made me and my family feel comfortable from the beginning. Tony took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offering expert advice and guidance without ever trying to push me into a decision. He was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the different models available, making sure I had all the information I needed.
His follow-up was timely and respectful, ensuring I had everything I needed after our first meeting. Tony never made me feel rushed and was always available to answer any questions. Overall, it was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I've had, and I would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a stress-free and customer-focused experience at Imperial Ford.

I had the pleasure of working with McKenna at Imperial Ford, and was a pleasurable experience. I knew what I was looking for and McKenna provided excellent service without any pressure, which made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and showed me options that matched my needs perfectly. She provided prompt follow-up after our initial meeting throughout the process and was great with my children. Had my car towed here 08/17/2024 due to the check engine light being on. They charge $190 to just run the diagnostic test and get that code. For anyone who doesn’t know, that service is free at several places including AutoZone and takes literal minutes to get done- it is not an hours long arduous process. I’ve gone to AutoZone in years past to have this done and it worked out well. If I knew how much Imperial Ford charged ahead of time, I would’ve just gone to AutoZone again. That’s on me for not double checking and doing my due diligence.
I was told that the earliest this dealership would be able to even run that test was 08/19/2024. Okay fine, there are other vehicles in front of me and they’re closed on Sundays. I was then told that for the vehicle to get any repairs, they wouldn’t be able to start until mid-September and that they didn’t have an exact date of when exactly that would be. It is absurd to imagine anyone being okay with dropping off their *everyday car* at a dealership for almost a month and not having any clue when exactly it would be worked on. I’ve never paid any mind to people who rag on Fords being bad cars that constantly have issues but now I’m wondering if this service center is so busy because of that very reason lol.
Either way, I was able to get better help and assistance from the Townsend Ford dealership. I usually use them but only went to Imperial Ford because I moved and they were closer. I know it’s far away but Townsend Ford’s service center has always been exceptional to me. I absolutely recommend them. When I mentioned going to Imperial Ford to coworkers and friends, I actually had two people tell me that they also had issues at this dealership. As always, do your due diligence and check things ahead of time! I wish I had.

I recommend buying your vehicle from here. They have just about everything you could want, and the salespeople are very nice. They are not pushy like at other dealerships I have been to where they are just trying to make a sale. If I need to buy another car i am definitely going back to this dealership. Not only for the car buy when you buy one you can get a chance to win a free oil change and car wash as well which is nice.

Good overall experience with imperial. Availability and options of inventory was ample. Bought a bronco. Salesman was fairly knowledgeable helpful and reachable during the process. Price was in line with market standards. Would have been better if they allowed more wiggle room on price. To be expected during these times. Would return for future purchase.
