“It’s a very busy store, but if you ask anyone for help that works there, they are usually very friendly. The big thing we love is getting sandwiches at the sub counter and those same employees work to remember peoples faces. It’s really nice to see even in a chain lake market.”

“Our favorite grocery store. Lots of great organic options without the unnecessary additives and artificial colors. Decent selection of produce and meats, all good quality. Awesome selection of cheeses and dairy. Clean, well-maintained and friendly quick service. Don't forget to bring your reusable shopping bags and a quarter to rent a shopping cart.”

“I was helped by Mary at self checkout while visiting Big Y Milford on 8/18/2024. She was amazing! She walked me through how to apply digital coupons and also checked my order for any additional discounts. She was so attentive to any customer at self check out. She was fabulous at multitasking and seemed to really enjoy her job!!!

“The only place that I went to that needed a quarter to get a shopping cart, it did return the quarter to you when you returned the cart. A great way to save cost to keep the price down. Bring your own shopping bags too. It's a small grocery store. The price of the products varies. You can get a dozen eggs there for only $1.50”
“Love the convenience of this store, most of the employees are super helpful , but there are a few annoyances, the deli is super slow and closed on most days around 7pm, they have a great selection of products , but go in on a Monday and you will find most popular items not stocked , and last at all costs avoid the self checkouts, the attendant will hover over you and watch every move ,and they are not discrete about it, it’s less pressure just go to a regular checkout . I feel that with a few changes this could be a 5star store.”

“4/5 Five, it's a discount grocery store so it's great to get dry goods like pasta, beans and rice, but I would go elsewhere for meats and produce. I don't have much negative about here, it's just generally a better deal for non organic goods compared to other stores.”
“I like going to this market it's unique and has an old fashion feel but also modern at the same time with a great selection. The store is always really clean, but on somethings the prices are a bit high however they also run some great sales so overall it's not too bad. As a local grocery store they are good for picking up a few things or shopping the sale but I wouldn't do my weekly shopping here.”

Great experience +Large Parking Lot: Never have to worry about getting an aggravation free spot. +/- Assortment has a good amount of what you'd expect from any grocery store from a Fresh Produce/Dairy perspective but you probably won't find some of your staple grocery item's here. +++The assortment is ABUNDANT with items you have never heard of ...but would give anything to try. Amazing reimagined products that highlight a variety of cuisines and flavors. This is must see TV.... Worth at least one try (Yes you will have to go to a normal grocery store to complete your shop. Yes this is a supplemental trip. YES it's totally worth it. )”

“My experience at Shaws was, as usual, very pleasant. My cashier was friendly. You can tell she enjoyed her job. She took such pride in her career, and she is. I guess she would probably be considered ID but very pleasant, and my hat goes off to Shaw’s for giving a population of people a chance to work that typically would not be able to find a job.”
