I was searching for a new mechanic after taking my dump truck to two different shops where I was taken advantage of and scammed out of money. Despite that, my truck still wasn't running. I called Forefront Auto, and Kevin got me in. Two days later, my truck was running amazingly well for a very reasonable price. I then brought my F150 to him, and once again, he got it running perfectly for a very reasonable price.
Forefront Auto and Kevin are extremely honest, dependable, and professional. I will definitely continue taking my vehicles to him and recommend him to friends and family.

Unfortunately not a great experience. I did appointment early enough for my tire alignment and I also canceled my previous appointment for them as they have a good review but this was a mistake when I arrived on the appointment day what I waited for they didn’t have any time as they forgot and they already had a car on the lift . I have called places around me and they are all booked out until the following week .

First time customer. After getting a ridiculously high quote from an eager service-writer for some work at a Honda dealership, I decided to take my beloved Element to Forefront Auto. I had heard good things about Kevin and his shop, and decided to give him a try. Very glad I did, he repaired a bad ball joint, did front brake calipers/rotors/pads, and did an alignment and oil change at a very reasonable price, and all in the same day! Kevin is a professional and he knows his stuff. At risk of sounding cliché and say that I usually never leave a review anywhere but... anyway I moved into the Mendon area a couple of years ago and prior to that my experiences with mechanics have been horrible. I have had a few issues with my Jeep Compass 2015 and Kevin has given me either the right tips/advice to fix those issues or/and fix them himself. Recently, the traction control light kept coming on the dashboard and the car would stop while driving at random times. Kevin clearly explained to me what the problem was and made time for me to give it a look. It took about 1h and 30 mins for the repairs to be done and was thrilled when I received the text message "Forefront Auto Service Completion. The services for your vehicle have been completed." Now, how professional is that.Anyway, long story short: I would donate to their business but writing this review hopefully weighs heavier. If you are local (or not) and want your car to be fixed by a reliable professional and his lovely wife, now you know the address. Thanks again Kevin.Services: Electrical repair

Forefront Auto is a honest family run Auto Repair Facility easily located on Rt16 in Mendon. We have been bringing them our three vehicles a 97 Ford F150, 2011 Toyota Camry and 2018 Ford Escape. Three very different vehicles all expertly maintained and repaired honestly and affordable.
