Having been recommended by a close friend of mine, my first experience with this hidden gem of a store was truly delightful. Located up a couple flights of stairs on the third floor in the back of a revamped Mill-style building, you’re greeted by the pleasant smell of incense that lead you to the front doors. The selection of crystals, candles, and other unique items is matched by the truly remarkable energy and vibration felt at this location and the staff is equally helpful with their explanation and recommendations. Always try to stop in when I’m up this way and would highly recommend it is worth your visit.

Went there for a workshop a couple of months ago. The new location is bright and spacious compared to the old one, and has a nice ambiance. Good size space for workshops and classes as well. Excellent selection of crystals, incense, and tarot decks. The owner, Sue, was lovely and helpful. She is a fount of knowledge.

I love Sue and this amazing store. This place is a gem (literally). I feel such a great energy when I go in and I never leave empty handed. I always find so many things I want. Thanks for being a gem… I would give this place a million stars if I could.

I moved across the country right before the Covid restrictions started in 2020. Thankfully, I had heard about Zuzu’s from a friend and when Sue (the owner) started doing Facebook live shows, I became a customer. She has in-depth knowledge of crystals and even helped me track down a specific one that was hard for me to find. It was so much fun to receive a package from Zuzu’s in the mail!I’m looking forward to visiting Zuzu’s the next time I’m in Massachusetts! Thank you, Sue, for your kindness and thoughtfulness over the past 3+ years.

A little bitty store, but a good one! Privacy and safety are clearly important to the management (no phones, sanitizer and mask use enforced during covid). Love the selection of insence. Street parking has never been an issue. I believe it's very close to the commuter trail, too.

Sue is very knowledgeable about all kinds of minerals and always willing to share information. She has a great selection in the store and a good process to help people select the crystals they want even if they can’t make it to her store

Amazing store with lots of variety! They have incense to sage (white sage as well as alternatives!), lots of candles, tarot cards, books, herb packets, and lots and lots of beautiful crystals! Some of the candles also have crystals included with the candle! The staff are absolutely wonderful and very helpful. When I picked our one of the tarot candles I missed the information card that went with it that had an affirmation as well as the candle's scents on it. One if the workers brought me the card that went with it which was very nice and helpful if her. I'm definitely coming back!
