They charge fee if their customer extended and customer affecting other customer. However, they don't cover costs of the affected member. They canceled my reservation a lot of times, and I had to pay extra to find another zipcar. Terrible business, terrible cars, terrible customer service.

I was a member for years before canceling yesterday. They did not honor my reservation, instead moving it to a completely different vehicle I couldn’t access in time for the errands I needed to run. Cars are filthy and in disrepair, and they can’t even make them available. Pass on this obsolete, busted service.

Zipcar went way downhill during the pandemic. It's now unreliable and (with fewer cars) less convenient, often requiring long trips just to get to the car

They cancelled my reservation here at the last minute (after I had already gotten to the car). There were no other cars available. I had to take an Uber, at my own expense, to the airport where I got another rental (NOT a ZipCar). Avoid.

For the quality of living and amenities offered, this place is not worth the cost. Have a car? Pay extra to park it outside. There are not enough parking spaces for everyone; so you end up having to park on the public road and get ticketed by the city!! The package delivery system is a nightmare, so much backlog that it’ll take 2-3 additional days once your package was delivered for you to actually be notified by Windsor of its arrival. The walls and floors/ceilings are very thin and you can hear everything (including the guy in the unit above you going to the bathroom...). Also the notices provided to residents about fire alarm testing or upcoming construction leave out so much information, typically about duration of the activity and how it will impact residents. We are so ready to move out!!!

We love it here. 14 months and just went through renewal of the lease. We upped to 14 months and in so was pleased to come to good terms, honestly, clearly and respectfully. Obviously there's a year to year increase. Any reviews that suggest that it's unreasonable for there to be a cost of living raise is just not realistic.

Convenient having cars on complex, but the gas cards do not work, forcing you to expense it yourself. Customer support reps were clueless as to why it wasn’t working, and were adamant it should work. Even support tickets for reimbursement took more than a week for a response. Disappointing customer experience.

I lived here for one year and the majority of the staff was kind & professional. Cary, who worked in the leasing office at the time, was especially awesome to work with! Maintenance requests were always taken care of, and all questions and emails were answered within 24 hours. Being able to walk to Oak Grove was amazing, and having the dog park on site was a life saver, especially with a puppy! I enjoyed my time at Windsor and if you are looking for a convenient place to live I would highly recommend it.

Living here was the biggest mistake I have ever made. For 5 months of the 12 we lived here they had a huge hole in our ceiling letting black, awful smelling water pour all over my furniture. The way they fixed it was having plastic and a bucket in the middle of my living room. They literally told us 2 days after moving about the leak when I was later told that they knew about it long before our lease even started. Another main issue with this company is that the doors have al

Lived here for 2 years. The location, and maintenance was great, sometimes average. However, every year the lease price would go up. They were open to negotiating prices, if you made an argument, but never adjusting to your full needs. They also get you with move in deals, and force you to renew 60 days prior to your lease ending if you want to stay. That means, even though fall and early winter prices are much lower, you end up committing to a rate several hundred over.

The only reason this place gets a star and why I haven't left is because they're a 5 minute walk to the T. I'm On my 3rd lease, rent has gone up AT LEAST 6 % every time and they always tell me how great of a deal I'm getting, mind you we haven't missed a payment in 2 1/2 years but that doesn't mean anything to the home office because it's "based on a calculation".

I have been living here with my bf for a year. We love it here! Unfortunately, we will be moving out end of this month and we miss it so dearly, already. We even moved out slowly because of how great this place is to us. Thank you, Windsor for making our experience one of the best.

This residence is amazing. Beautiful apartments and gardens, convenient location, friendly and smiling employees, and really pet-friendly. I could not be more happy. Regular events for people, for pets make people know each other. The maintenance is exceptional. Congratulations for your decisions to change all the lamps including in the apartments, improving the shower device for ecological reasons and for saving reasons. Thank you so much for taking care of our life space and always trying to bring new things for our life quality. Isabelle Beck.

Best place ever. Great stuffs, amazing apartments, beautiful ambience. In 20 mons you will be at downtown Boston. They sound pricy but if you live there you will understand that they are the best in that price.

Love it here. Great staff, lovely grounds, super dog friendly, and a really nice apartment. (I thought my one-bedroom might be too small, after living in a large house for many years, but it's perfect. High ceilings and big closets offer plenty of room for all my furniture, *and* ample storage.) Add to that the in-unit washer/dryer, underground parking, a gym and pool, a fantastic on-site maintenance crew, and a 5-minute walk to the T, and you've got a winner.
