I have been going to V-Tech for years and especially like their new garage. I know that all the work is done professionally by the skilled hands of Master Mechanic Wesley and unnecessary work is never suggested or performed on my cars. Even though the new location isn't as convenient for me and I have to pass many other garages to get to him, it's worth the trip! Quality work, reasonable pricing, honest assessments...I can't ask for much more than that.

I had the pleasure of meeting Weslley at VTECH who is a Master Mechanic and has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to working on small to medium size vehicles foreign and domestic.His staff are amazing and everyone there is so friendly and helpful, they really treat you like family.They are fairly new to the area but are already the talk of the town, because every that goes here love’s their work and raves about the extraordinary customer service they provide to each customer that walks though their door.They bailed me out of a bad situation I was in when my Mercedes Sprinter had a crack in the Manifold and needed immediate attention. They went out of their way to help me and I’mA customer for life now.I Highly Recommend working with them!Best Experience ever with a mechanic!

Wesley and his team are a welcomed addition to East Saugus! He was responsive, quick, detailed in his explanation and super patient with us having to deal with our warranty company! The shop is clean and has a nice waiting area if you need to work while you wait. You can tell they take pride in their work! We will definitely be using his services for our personal and commercial vehicles again!

I’ve gone to Wesley a half dozen times over the past year for diagnosis, repair and maintenance on my modified 2001 audi s4 and family 2016 lexus gx460. I cannot speak more highly of any mechanic I’ve used. Just recently he saved me 2k on a particular transmission job compared to Lexus of Watertown. Exhaust work, brakes, random lights and sunroof drains, you name it - he’ll fix it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wesley is amazing! The morning I was suppose to bring my car in it wouldn't start. I called him and he came to my house and jumped it for me, and then drove it to the shop while the battery was attached to the charger. He fixed my alternator and a massive rattle, found a hole in my exhaust and a screw in my tire. He consulted me before going forth with anything and even sent photos. I will trust him with all my car maintenance from now on.Services: Oil change

VTech Auto ServicesVTech Auto Services located at Tom’s East Side Gulf in Melrose, MA is my new place to go for all auto repairs. I was referred to Wesley (the mechanic) by a friend and I have not been disappointed. This gentleman is very accommodating, knowledgeable, and fast. I’ve gone to Wesley for two different vehicles and I have been met with nothing but honesty and fairness.When I was quoted for replacements of certain parts for my Honda CRV, I did a search for the average cost of parts and labor. In comparing Wesley’s quote to the online average, I was shocked to find I was saving a couple hundred bucks! Not only that but Wesley was able to do the initial evaluation to see what was wrong, order the parts, replace the parts AND have me back in to pick up my vehicle within a 3 hour window.I also requested a full inspection of a used vehicle purchase. I did not have a good experience at the dealership and didn’t really trust what was being told to me. Wesley took the vehicle and did a thorough inspection. He said the vehicle was well kept by the previous owner and there were no issues whatsoever except for loose side skirts. This made me feel comfortable with my new purchase and confident that I paid for what I got!I truly trust Wesley and this shop. I don’t know a lot about motor vehicles so I need to do a lot of research with EVERYTHING. Each experience with this mechanic has proven to be on par, if not better service than what I have found in my research.I highly recommend Wesley for any mechanical services you may need. Even if your not super close to the area, I feel the trip to this specific shop would prove to be well worth it!
