They are really professional and friendly. I have moved in here few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. We talked to Antonia about the place and did the paper work with her. She is such nice friendly lady with a sense of humor to relax you and give you a great feeling about the whole process.I loved it

I don't live here, I just wanted to let potential applicants know that the leasing associate that I spoke with is so helpful. She didn't have anything available at the time I was looking to move but was so polite.

Towne Estates is a beautifully landscaped apartment community just down the street from downtown Melrose. Close to Route 95 and the Stone Zoo. Towne Estates offers studio, one, and two bedroom apartments. All apartments are fully applianced, have a basement storage bin and are pre-wired for cable. Rent includes heat, hot water and gas for cooking.
