We were on the last day of our vacation when we stopped at this gas station. We were very surprised when a young man came running out to pump our gas for us. My husband specifically told him to put in $20 worth of gas. After he finished pumping the gas he took our credit card and went back inside the office. Unfortunately my husband did not look at the receipt. It wasn't until we got home that we realized this "nice" kid charged $60 to our card. DO NOT EVER HAND YOUR CREDIT CARD TO ANYONE AT THIS STATION!

I was very impressed with the customer service and attention. Had a nail in my tire. The attendant repaired my tire within 10 minutes. That is what I call efficient service.

The station recently changed ownership. While I trusted Doug for years to repair and maintain my cars, I'll never be going back. I needed to get my car running again, the check engine light off, and the parking brake fixed, so I could sell it. They were able to get the car running again, however the engine light was still on. This was about 400 bucks. When I pointed this out, they said they could take it back in to figure it out later in the week. I brought it back in, and found out a week later that they fixed the parking brake, but still didn't get the check engine light off. They had replaced some parts while trying to figure it out. This was 1100 bucks. I was then told that they have a friend with a different code reader that might be able to help them figure out the issue, and he'd have availability within the week. More than a week goes by, I call for an update, I'm told the friend is sick but will be better soon and can get it done. Since I'm already into the repair for a ton, I'm hoping that they might do right by me. Two more weeks go by, I hear nothing. Finally, I find another shop to take my car to. They get the check engine light off for 300 bucks, give or take. I figured that I learned an expensive lesson, and was going to let sleeping dogs lie, until the caliper they replaced during the parking brake work came loose, wore a hole through my rim, and caused a flat tire. I'm lucky it didn't happen on the highway or I'd probably have wrecked. This was about two and a half months after the work was done. To sum it up, they bit off more than they could chew with the majority of my repair, and instead of admitting it was beyond what they could fix, they spent my money. Go elsewhere.
