“Such a great little thrift shop. As others have mentioned, the staff are all super nice and also helpful, the shop is cheery and organized and they have a good and varied selection of items. Prices are fair, and I usually find something I love. Enjoyable thrifting for sure!”

“I found three different jackets that were clean and good quality, which is impressive considering how physically small the store is! The staff is friendly as well.”

“I will come all the way from Connecticut to visit J’adore Wakefield. There is a large selection of designer handbags, wallets, & shoes. J’adore has a large selection of 14k gold jewelry & diamond jewelry. It is the perfect place to find a gift! Highly recommend visiting J’adore.”

“Holy cow when I came to look at the google photos after visiting, this place is no where near as orderly as the inside pics let on. However it is not unclean either, just unkempt. Everything is still well organized into their sections so it's not a trouble at all to find what you're looking for and the small size of the store makes browsing a breeze. The staff where extremely kind and well spoken people and the prices where very very fair, definitely beat out big name thrift stores like Savers and Goodwill with the prices. A very good experience over all and found a few goods to leave with.”

“Lovingly hand curated, well-priced clothes, shoes, bags, homeware, odds and ends, really something for everyone (only no children’s/baby). And one whole table of FREE things! As an avid thrifter, this facility is warm, welcoming, and well stocked with like-new and new high quality clothes at an absolute steal. You can find women’s workout clothes or wine glasses, hiking bags or hunter rain boots, ties scarves and belts to high end workwear and vintage dresses. A treasure! They accept cash and Venmo only.”

“One of the best thrift stores in the area! The prices are great, and there's a lot of good finds. Also their mission is worth supporting. It isn't the biggest place, but it certainly makes an impact. There's no changing rooms either, but that's easily overlooked.”

“Clothes here are really good brands and in excellent condition! Owner is super friendly and they have a resale system as well so you can bring in your outgrown kids clothes and get buying credits.”

Open every other saturday 11-1pm and wednesdays 3-6pm, I make sure to go every week you never know what you’ll find! Tons of new stuff everytime, ive had designer brands and fully new labelled items.”

“Today was my first trip, it was nice to have a consignment/thrift store open on a Monday. Prices were amazing which made me purchase more. A great selection of vintage pins and brooches, along with trinkets glassware, pottery, shoes, boots, clothing, excellent assortment of old vintage, trunks, and suitcases. I can’t say enough About the items and the selections. As for the staff, they were awesome, professional, and super busy, I’m sure they are nonstop all day. One of the staff was very nice and helped me with jewelry behind the counter. I will be back, and I will be telling, every I know they should go check it out. I’ll be back next week.”

“I am visiting Boston. I often don’t do well at these kinds of stores because they don’t have much in my size or it’s overwhelming or the prices are outrageous. Not the case for this store. I found so many beautiful pieces in new or nearly new condition. Fair pricing and great selection in my size (XS). Absolutely recommend.”

“Good prices, very friendly staff. Not a whole lot of inventory, but a cute place to drop in. I would happily give 5 stars if their hours were better. It's really hard to get there when they're open. I would suggest opening later and staying open an equivalent amount of time. Then they won't need more staff (Though I would happily volunteer a few hours a week to help out).”

“The salvation army in Central square in Cambridge on Massachusetts avenue health helped a lot of people throughout the long years that they have been there in that location. I have never stayed there overnight but I have occasionally had need of a shower which they were able to accommodate and a meal from time and time and a couple times during my laundry when I didn't have any money to do them,, don't let your pride get in the way of getting some help from a place like salvation army!! You need to call at 6:00 a.m. the same day to reserve a bed if they have any if you need a place to sleep for the night. If you're going to be staying there I recommend trying to get a bed as close as possible to staff as possible, do not have any loose belongings on you when you go there as they might get stolen, if we have something of value keep it under your shirt or coat or sweater and tie it to you securely before you go to sleep..”

“My shopping trip - I wanted to purchase a dress with a blue color tag. This was a dress that would be fine for church or work. It was made of Jones of NY. The cashier with the fingers nails painted black - stated that the dress was 15 dollars!!! It was considered a fancy dress - Fancy? I have ten other dress in my closet I purchaed at goodwill that have had the same blue color tag. The clerk ask if I still wanted the dress. I said not at that price!!. Something was not right with this transaction!!! I was being ripped off. What really irks me is that people donate items to goodwill and it costs them nothing.Clean storeEmployees 50 50 some are great - others notColthes not jammed pack on racksMissesNeed more mirrorsNo parking - bus stop in front storeShoe prices are to high”

“SWEET DEALS: Closet-size jewel of a Second Hand clothing store run by a human service agency whose members are people with I/DD. Much of the clothing is nondescript. Hunt for the limited items of past season Diane Von Furstenberg, Burberry, Philip Lim, Carmen Marc Valvo, Madewell, etc. Often these pieces are size 0-4. Typical price range is $3-5 (cash is preferred). I hate sharing this secret but it's a great place that deserves more traffic. The adjacent store is Gifts at Peppermint Place which has a random assortment of gifts.”

“This place was the most amazing Goodwill I've ever been to it was clean it was organized everything was color coded the only thing I didn't like is the racks weren't divided into sizes and the staff wasn't very friendly but besides that it's a great place to find some really cool good second hand clothing”

“The place to go for thrifting! I always find what I need! Wonderful assortment of pieces for good prices ($5 for blouses with long sleeves and $6 for sweaters). Wear a tank top, crop top, or sports bra or be prepared to try things over clothes or under skirts because their dressing rooms are always closed.Buy baking soda and vinegar from Dollar Tree down the street and maybe have some banh mi from Super Market 88 or do some grocery shopping at Star Market. If you’re looking for clothes hangers, Dollar Tree sells them for $1.25 (pack or 7).”

“It's ok the cashiers are sometimes a little talkative but other than that it's great they always have a great variety of everything and based on a thrift shop this place has a clean environment and if you don't want something like clothes or a mug they will always be there for you it's an I've had an overall great experience but I do think you should watch the security cameras because I saw kids riding scooters in there but other than that it's great”

“I have found a lot of good pieces here. You do have to dig around a little bit, but since it’s a curated collection, it’s not too bad. However, the prices are a tossup. I see clothing from fast fashion brands sold for only a slight discount from the original price, but at the same time, the dress below was $16. Also, the staff is made up of mostly college (and possibly high school?) students, so they are not the most professional or helpful.”
