Horrid site, horrible navigation. Pushes you to buy a ridiculous amount of photos and wants to charge $399 for a single digital image that takes 3 weeks to get???!! It's digital, should be instant receipt! And for $350 you can hire a pro photographer for in person setting, multiple poses with touch ups. Really disgusting company. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from such a fly by night firm!

This company is a monopoly. For some reason the public schools seem to have no other choice than to use them. I can't believe they can get away with this. Their prices are astronomical. One single print 8x10 senior photo costs $64 plus $17 shipping = $80 for ONE print. Their packages are even more ridiculous. No wonder people are choosing to do their own photos outside of school.

Just because I have to leave a star. Worst experience dealing with customer service. I could not understand any of the reps. They transferred me to Canada, they have to transfer me back. My credit card would not go though neither did my husband's ( we pay them off every month) the rep said it was a problem on my end. My son's senior portraits are horrible. He did the retake and they were worse. Grey suite jacket with black tie. Photographer did not have any cap and gown or tux. I was on the phone for 4 hours at separate times and my issues are still not resolved. I will not speak to anyone that I can't understand. It's all so frustrating.

I had to pick a star to leave this review, but they are not even worth one star. Incredibly overpriced and when I received the framed pics I ordered, the frame was in bad condition. I could find a better frame at the dollar store. When I reached out to customer service Chat, I was told I had to call the sales department. When I called the sales department they were closed. The sitting is done with the graduation gown and all, so I feel like we get taken in. This is no where near worth the price charged for incredibly poor service and quality!

We just looked over my sons Senior Proofs which were mediocre quality at best. I know he doesn't want to take them again, so we sat and chose one pose to share with family and one for the yearbook. However, when I went to the packages, I was so disappointed that I could not find a package under 200 dollars!!! Isn't this the same company (Lifetouch) that I have been buying 30 and 40 dollar packages from since Kindergarten? What happened????? I wanted to find a package that didn't have wallets but no luck. Even if I wanted to buy the digital image, I was going to pay over 300 dollars. THAT IS OBSCENE and I am sorry, it's a complete and total rip off. I don't know how this company continues to do this with such poor reviews. I will not be buying the portraits and will have a family friend take some nice shots for a fraction of the price. Ridiculous.

I was forced by my high school to have my senior portraits taken by this atrocious company. I was told to tilt my head to completely ridiculous angles, and look partially decapitated in most of the photos. Then, when choosing a proof to put in the yearbook, I wasn't able to choose the one photo of me that didn't look terrible. They gave me four choices of yearbook pictures, all of which look appalling. Avoid this place like the coronavirus. I know I will in the future.

I was sent an email that my sons graduation proofs were ready for viewing/purchase. But when I try to login, I keep getting an error message "We've experienced an error". I contact support who informs me they are behind loading the images. So why send an email that the images are ready if they are not actually ready? This company is a joke. Overpriced and seriously lacking in customer service.

This company only caters to the wealthy. Obscene prices for low quality photos. I cannot fathom why schools still cater to this company knowing the financial strain it places on families.

Just received my daughters yearbook and they submitted the wrong photo of her. She choose a completely different photo. Thanks for ruining her yearbook!

These photos are so expensive you would think their staff could pull a collar out of the graduation cap and gown before taking the picture. Would not recommend them for photos take your own or use another professional.

They tried charging $60 to just mirror the picture, the old broad who took my picture was rude for no reason, and my pictures came out too dark

Was forced by my school to use this terrible service. First they had me do all these weird poses, such as putting my face by a wall and 3 fingers in my front pockets which looked weird and unnatural. When I would move a bit because the poses felt so weird the photographer kept telling me to move back. The photographer was not friendly or helpful, did not even let me see the prints during the session so I could know if i had wanted to change something. About a third of the prints were in black and white as well and if I had liked those photos there was no image of them in color. Also they poorly photoshop your face to make your skin look very smooth but not in a good way, makes the photo look worse quality and made my face look extremely fake and unnatural. NONE of these people are "professionals" my friends could take better pictures of me on my phone.

I can't select zero stars. That's why I gave them one star. They are thieves. One 8x10 is more than $60. They should be out of business.

This monopoly has become unreasonably expensive. I mean that. I just wanted a nice 8x10 simple print right? First the pictures themselves were not great but i'll deal with it and cannot get new shots since this was at school. Any photographer out can easily compete with these unsane prices. As mentioned i just wanted an 8 x 10 and it would have been 78.00 including shipping for 1 "one" picture. I figured ok i'll try 1 "one" 5 x7 and it's the same price!! you mean to tell me it cost 78.00 for one sheet of photo paper? you can save money if buy their packages that start in the "low 100's". Don't bother with this corporate monopolize company. An modern cell phone, a nice dress or suit to take a picture holding a diploma will accomplish the same thing at a fraction of the cost. it is just unreasonable. There was a time when i could pay 20.00 for a single print and found it fair.
