“I went there yesterday for about the 1000th time... It's a Post Office and, it's good. Who else will do anything for $0.47? There was a young women at the counter who hadn't packed her stuff into boxes. It was as if she had no idea how a Post Office works... The woman behind the counter was very patiently helping her. It was nice. The people working here are, in my experience, always nice and helpful. Sometimes the lines get a bit long but, what do you expect? Most of the time it's quick.”

“I've had a couple of decent experiences at this post office but, I wanted to acknowledge a mail carrier. I lived in Stoneham for 5ish years and I recently moved to Woburn after getting divorced. Today (a Saturday) my old mail carrier from my apartment on Stevens Street in Stoneham came to my apartment in Woburn (I left a forwarding address) to check on some mail addressed to our old business to see if I forgot to forward the business mail. I truly appreciate the time he took to come and check with me about this and I'm very grateful for the extra effort. He could have easily just returned the mail to the sender but he went above and beyond to make sure he did the right thing with it. Very very impressed.”

“So helpful to have a post office open on Sundays! Came around 5pm on a Sunday. A bit of traffic on the 93 to get there, but easy to access otherwise behind South Station. Free 15min parking outside. “This is a great little PO hiding out in Nonantum, it is only open Monday - Friday BUT it does open at 7:30 so you can do whatever you need early. It is small, but really efficient so you can get in-and-out. I have brought in several packages over the last few months, Tina has been at the counter each time and is really friendly.”
