Maria Vasquez was excellent. Very professional and very pleasant. She help me and my boyfriend open a savings account for his daughter. She answered all our questions. We always have excellent service at Metro Credit Union.

ABSOLUTELY No respect for customers time and no staff able to do real bank work. I sat there 45 min for them to tell me I have to make an appointment “to open an acct”. That is beyond disrespectful will not be coming back.

I want to bank local and small, and they were good at first, but there online banking is turning into a mess. The branch can't really answer any questions when something goes wrong,

Lillian really crushed her shift. Line out the door and understaffed but she has a great personality for it and also is very professional. Very high in skills and adaptability. Thanks Lillian and metro for making my transaction easier.

Just had an excellent experience with the branch manager, Robert Cleary. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient. I would recommend this branch.

This location is an excellent alternative to the larger MCU locations. Have always got good service at the 'house' yet not yet been to the newly built brick building shown in the photo. Thanks, MCU

Would not recommend, stoped in to switch an auto payment account on March 11th. Branch manager Bob Cleary was not available. Clerks at the front desk helped me, provided the forms, I filled out the paperwork & left a voided check as needed. Clerks said bob can process & update Monday. Bob never processed my paperwork and my bank loan went into late payment cause paperwork was not processed. Pretty frustrating when the branch manager doesn’t deliver for customers.

Incompetence does not begin to describe the experience of working with this bank or asking them any questions.

Came here today to open a checking account but left after 20 minutes of waiting in the freezing cold along with 8 other customers. One lady in line said she waited on the phone for 40 minutes before she came here. The whole time I waited they didn’t help one person that was outside. I understand we are in a pandemic but they should have more people working to keep the time people are waiting outside to a minimum.

I've had two large portfolio refinance/mortgages with Metro Credit Union. Both refinances were originally handled by Lucas Ross. I had several mortgage servicing questions regarding Metro Credit Union's home owners insurance requirements as I was about to switch home owners insurance providers. I contacted Lucas on Aug 10th with my questions and he forwarded them to Marc Sinibaldi who works in mortgage servicing. Marc Sinibaldi never responded so I sent another email the next day and requested a phone number that I could call to get my questions answered. I never received any response so a few weeks later I proceeded to switch home owners insurance companies as it was clear that Marc Sinibaldi in mortgage servicing couldn't be bothered by answering my home owners insurance requirement questions. Then several months later, I get a letter from the Metro Credit Union's insurance department requesting that I immediately forward them my insurance information because they noticed my previous policy was canceled (They noticed 2+ months after it was canceled). I forwarded my current insurance coverage and figured that would be the end of it. I get another letter several weeks later saying their was a lapse of coverage when there was none -- I switched over during the grace period. I decided to refinance with another bank because it's now clear Metro Credit Union is not worthy of my continued business. My new lender tries to pay off the mortgage and Marc Sinibaldi now becomes communicative! Marc informs me they created an escrow account and charged it with unnecessary lender provided home owners insurance to cover a two week period between switching home owners insurance companies. This is preventing me from closing this loan so I'm also filing a complaint with the CFPB, bbb, and many others for failing to provide the initial mortgage servicing information related to home owners insurance requirements that I originally requested but never received. It's a federal requirement that mortgage companies respond to information requests regarding any mortgage servicing information like pay-off amount, insurance requirements, etc. Marc Sinibaldi failed to provide the requested information that would have avoided this problem to begin with.
