During my 6 day stay due to an infection from a surgery I had here - they treated my for multiple infections and later denied it. Upon 1st investigation they denied the other infections they told me I had. I asked them to reinvestigate by appealing their findings and the 2nd investigation they said all of the medications they gave me and switched me for was IF I had those additional infections but I didn't really have them. Long story short - they lie, misdiagnose , mistreat, and simply avoid you. Awful experience. The actual surgery that I got an infection from was fine besides the infection and the stay was fine. It was the aftercare from their mistakes that was horrible.

My fiance was in a car accident and had pain when breathing. This was the closest hospital, so I drove us here.We got here at 12 and were taken up at 12:30 (which was great timing). Unfortunately, he was not brought in for his CT scan until 2:30-3pm. The doctor or PA (unsure) came in around 3:45 to talk to him, and said he should take some ibuprofen, muscle relaxers and that he needed x rays. Someone came in to bring the medicine 1 hour later and take him up for Xrays, randomly left, and then we sat here for another 2 hours waiting for Xrays. This has been a 6 hour ordeal, for absolutely NO reason at all. Worst hospital I’ve ever been to, and I’m not even the patient.

My husband was taken here, waited six hours, older dementia patient in hall with explosive diarrhea. The attendant was putting her dirty linens in my husband's room, while not properly cleaning this poor woman. My husband left against doctors advise. It was disgusting and we will never return. Stay clear!!!

If I can give a double 00 I would! This hospital is completely RACIST!!! If you are a person of color DO NOT COME HERE!!!My sister got into a really bad car accident while driving in an Uber. An oil tanker truck caved in the entire back seat of the car and unfortunately she was in the back seat. She was brought in by ambulance. Mind you once she got there she was screaming of excruciating pain. You would think they would respond and be attentive. NOPE! The moment she got there they told her go sit down. She stated I can’t walk I need to continue laying down and the nurse said to her well we don’t have a bed for u but then gave a bed to a white man. Next she said can I atleast have a wheel chair and the nurse once again stated we don’t have wheel chairs either. But yet again she brought out a wheelchair for another white patient. They couldn’t provide my sister with a neck brace, a bed, nor a wheel chair but provided other white patients with it. She then asked if she can be transferred to another hospital for better care and they said we are not going to provide you with an ambulance you have to transfer yourself out. Then once my family got there they decided to call the police and record everyone’s license plate. Instead of them trying to care for my sister they decided to record my family. It is completely mind blowing the unprofessionalism, the malpractice, and the racism that happens in this hospital. It is very sad to be quiet honest. Someone needs to do something about this horrific situation.Once the state troopers and fire fighters showed up they were shocked at the nurse’s unprofessionalism. I really hope this gets addressed and everyone that was involved gets disciplined.

The worst emergency room ever . you will have to wait for about 6 hours without seeing a doctor, and without have An answer for your emergency .They will only measure your pulse and blood pressure, and you will remain waiting for a long time in a room without water or food.

I went to the emergency room Fri. Dec. 1st and got immediate attention from Julie at Triage. She was so caring and thorough in helping determine my issues which were due to a bad reaction to a prescribed medication. Though there was a 5 hour wait, I was attended to throughout the process, receiving EKG, blood work and chest x-Ray. Once all my labs came in and my symptoms subsided, Julie reviewed my panel and said it was o.k. for me to go home. She and Justin helped me get an Uber! Thank you Julie, Lea, Rebecca and so many others who work so hard!It gave me such peace of mind.

Dr Apryle Gould. RN Amy, Fiona. Nurse Alanna and Laurine make a great team. I was in a very bad position when I reached the hospital. This team made sure I don't die. They did everything necessary to keep my body up ans running. On top on that the courtesy and professionalism of this team is beyond my praise. I am fine today only because of this team. They were all very helpful and nice during my 4 day stay. I thank God I am fine now. But thanks to this team again.

I want everyone to know this hospital has some of the best Emergency room nurses in New England. I found the staff to be kind and compassionate and I appreciated my time there. They have a beautiful black nurse who was the best, I believe her name was Perkinjie , Thanks again for all you do for the community,’l

Dr. Veale did a great job with my wife helping to deliver our baby boy. She's friendly, professional, and her calm presence helped especially as this was our first child. Also, I want to thank the amazing nursing staff who provided first rate attention and care throughout our four night stay at the hospital. Special thanks to Tara, Jen, Norma, Kelsey, Talia, and our first nurse whose name I've forgotten. Our pediatrician made regular visits as well so thank you Dr. Feldman. And lastly, kudos to other support staff like cleaning personnel, administrators, even the people taking our food orders (the food was great btw). Great job all around...

I am pretty traumatized after my experience here, but I feel the need to write my story for all the future mamas out there. The story involves my miscarriage and how they treated me throughout the whole process.I was six weeks pregnant and I started bleeding, panicked- I made an appointment that day with my OB (she’s amazing) They wanted me to go to the ER ASAP because I wanted to rule out optopic pregnancy and miscarriage. She assured me we don’t know what’s happening yet-so we went in with hope. Arriving the front desk was nice. However, once I got my name called an hour later, I was bleeding through my outfit, no one took the time to read why I came in to the ER. A staff member said. “ I hear you’re not feeling well today and that’s why you’re here?” Then I had to tell him my story again that there’s a possibility I’m having a miscarriage and I’m very nervous and scared -he asked me if I was taking a medication for it and I said what no.. he said OK someone will be with you shortly. 45 minutes goes by and someone else calls me. (my OB called for bloodwork and ultrasound ASAP.) this nurse came up to me and also seemed like she did not read my chart because she said “I’m just going to take some blood work because they’ll probably need it eventually…. “ So I nicely said “oh I’m pretty sure I’m here for blood work so that would be helpful.. “mind you,I’m crying I’m bleeding, I’m terrified. Then they send me on my way, and I wait again. The next person who takes me wants me to pee in a cup. I said “I’m not really sure why you’re making me do this. I’m here for blood and ultrasound and I’m currently bleeding a lot” She just said-“I don’t really know mam I’m just doing what I’m told so just go do it.” So I did. Another 40 minutes goes by we finally get a room.. another nurse comes in to try to take my blood again because apparently whoever took it last time wasn’t valid… when I say they pricked me 7 times on each arm and complained and said “has anyone told you that your veins are difficult?” Then they made it seem like it was all my fault that I’m the problem.. I nicely asked if I could have some water because I was extremely dehydrated and possibly a pad because of my bleeding.. she goes to get another nurse and says OK but never came back for those two things (for the 5 hours there…) another nurse came in and she was nicer and finally got my blood. Then I went off to an ultrasound and this is where my heart breaks. I did not catch her name because I was so frazzled and traumatized but a nurse took me in and was extremely rude.. I would’ve been a first time mom so not familiar with how things work especially an early ultrasound so I wasn’t prepared i would be getting a machine put inside me, so I started asking questions, and she did not seem to like that. She just kept saying “put your feet up try to relax I’m going in.” -she missed and went inside my butt, so I jumped and I said “that’s not the right place!” she said “I know what I’m doing. “ seconds later she goes “oh you’re right. “ aggressively putting the machine inside me she then says.: “ I don’t even know why you’re getting this done. You’re way too early there’s really no point here- makes no sense.” “ I see nothing here.”… now I’m heartbroken, sad and devastated. If only maybe she read my chart she would see why I’m here and why this was so important and maybe not be so rude and disrespectful. My poor husband was just holding my hand at this point and she then removes the machine from me and my blood is gushing everywhere and she just says. “ oh wow there’s quite a mess of blood everywhere… Feel free to just clean yourself off…” Just like that no compassion, no care in the world.. I’m sobbing and can barely hold myself up but here I am just trying to wipe the blood from my body and the floor while my husband is rubbing my back telling me it’s going to be OK. There’s more to the story, but I’m running out of space. I’m disgusted and will never return.
