We brought a rug to them to be cleaned. It was in a room that was not heavily used but hadn't been cleaned in a few years. After the cleaning when we rolled it out we were amazed at how great it looked. We've been a client for 30 years and they have always amazed us with their professionalism and ability to make a rug look like new!

My 84 yr old friend who is going thru a terrible time with her 86 yr old husband wanted to get rid of 20 beautiful oriental carpets. My daughter and I told her we'd buy 7 of them. Melrose Oriental came and said all or nothing so she gave the carpets to them. The humongous price of $1,000 was given. I'm not sure if that could be considered elder abuse but it certainly leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. This is a woman who's husband is in hospice and selling her apartment to move in with her daughter. A woman who's overwhelmed with everything that's going on and to take advantage of that is truly disgusting. Think about it - 20 Oriental carpets for a total of $1,000.

Outstanding service. I brought in an area rug, which had many stains, for cleaning. After Melrose Oriental Rug cleaned it, it looked new.

This place is great! Great service, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!! When I picked up my rug I was pleasantly surprised that they had done some repair work that I didn't ask for (at no charge). They looked at another rug (I was not having cleaned) and gave me advice on where to get more info on it. All in all a premier example of great customer service!!!

I recently purchased a small Oriental rug here. They could not have been more accommodating. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, even though when I went in, I wasn't sure what that was. It looks awesome and I couldn't be more pleased.

These folks are not just experts, they're also super nice. I brought in multiple items to clean and repair with only 2 weeks before moving out of state, and ended up having a lot of questions and being an admittedly annoying customer. David was so patient, returned my phone calls, and helped me coordinate a complicated pick-up. I am very grateful and would recommend them to anyone. Also, I didn't purchase any rugs from them but the stock they have out is gorgeous!

I recently bought a smaller Oriental rug here. They couldn't have been more accommodating. I ended up with exactly what I was looking for, even though I wasn't sure what that was when I went in. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience!

They cleaned six rugs for us. The rugs were picked up, absolutely rejuvenated, and reinstalled by a team of experts. Can’t say enough good things about them. Oh, and the price for all of this was quite reasonable.
