Melrose Brueggers: stay away! Every time you go there will be 3-4 people passing in front of you before they serve you. They are extremely disorganized. It is astonishing how bad their service is. Just chose another store, even if it is 3-4 miles away you will still save time, especially if you are in a very limited time break from work. This store will not help you to get in time back to your work, guaranteed!!!

What I ordered vs. what I got. Totally the wrong thing. I ordered on the app so I truly do not know what went wrong... My other sandwich was right but this one missed the mark completely.

Ordered a bagel and while waiting a big cockroach crawled across the glass wall where you can see the bagels being made. I was freaked out and ran out.

Don't love Brueggers but when I have to go to the bank I may get something. Ordered 4 sesame and 2 plain bagels today with two containers of cream cheese and got 4 everything and 2 plain so essentially I paid $13 for two bagels we can eat. Frustrating

The food quality has gone downhill. They weren't baking bagels when I got there, despite doing a lively takeout lunch business. So, bagels were closer to the stale end of the spectrum then fresh. I couldn't taste the Turkey on my Turkey sandwich until the last bite. It was more veggies and spread than Turkey. However, the staff was great. No indoor dining, they have tables outside but no chairs. I was going to go yesterday since it was a beautiful day and called to check they were open on the holiday. I would press the phone tree number to speak to someone and repeatedly was directed back to the phone tree. David, today, blamed that on corporate. Website says nothing about no indoor or outdoor dining. Due to transportation issues, it meant I had to sit there for 90 minutes not eating. Had they answered the phone yesterday, I would have found that out and made other lunch arrangements for today.

I ordered everything bagels toasted with bacon scallion cream cheese. Instead I got cold untoasted everything bagels with virtually no everything seasoning on them with plain cream cheese. In general just not good bagels but them being cold and plain made it worse lol

What a joke this place is. New owners who just don't care at all. Used to come every weekend- now I won't be back at all. Three weeks in a row without everything bagels- met with a shrug and an "oh they're just not ready yet". I cut most places slack during covid but this business hasn't just hit bumps they've plummeted off the cliff.

Terrible breakfast sandwiches... One time I ordered iced tea and saw someone pour hot tea on some ice cubes and hand it to me lol. I forgot about it for a while and decided maybe their regular toasted bagels with cream cheese and some fresh OJ would be better because they're so simple... NOPE. Cold, old, untoasted cardboard bagel with a lump of cream cheese in the middle. With a side of general unpleasantness from staff? No thank you. And they never have OJ or carrot juice available. I'm always there by 9am and they're somehow sold out of juice... I just don't understand, it's not hard to make a good bagel or keep oranges/carrots around for juice (they never go bad!). I never leave reviews but this is the first Bruegger's I've been to that's been consistently, laughably bad. Management clearly needs some help here.

Got an egg and cheese on an everything bagel which was fine but definitely skip the coffee here and go to Starbucks across the street. Both times I've ordered iced coffee here it's been watery tasting and just not great. I had wanted a caramel macchiato but they were out of caramel so I got an iced mocha instead. Not very good at all.

This place has sucked since the beggining of this year. This place used to be well run. Get it together Brueggers. Get some actual management to control the teens working. Miss all the old managers and employees, but at least I have more money now that I don't spend it there

Both times I have been inside this business, employees have not had their masks on. Around their necks but not wearing until they see you. Even then, they were taking them off to talk to each other. Given the open baskets of bagels and deli line, this real really isn't safe either for the employees or the public.

Order took over an hour for 2 bagels. Product doesn't match the description, didn't get the correct bagel. Flavor was fine but definitely not a NY style bagel as they claim, bagels small and thin. Hash brown was good.

Please adjust your advertised online hours to match up with what you've posted at the actual store! It's really pretty annoying trying to pick up some food you've been looking forward to, when the online hours state you're open til 7p on most nights, just to find out you close at 5pm every night! Not happy....

I was actually really excited to try this place out as I wanted a quick breakfast but not your ordinary DD breakfast sandwich. I decided to try their turkey chipotle on a bagel. I asked the cashier what she recommended for Jamba Juice and she said she swears by this berry drink because it's nice and sweet while it being healthy.(which I'm now forgetting the name of) According to the description of the sandwich, this comes with avocado but I was disappointed when there wasn't any inside and I even asked for EXTRA avocado as well. And this supposedly comes with bacon? There was only one small piece. This sandwich/bagel had more tomatoes than anything else. Also, the Jamba Juice berry smoothie was a total rip off. It tasted like complete steel-as if their machines had rusted or they haven't washed their machines properly. I do have to say their bagels with jalapeño cream cheese is good. If I do come back, which I highly doubt, I will only get the bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. FYI- they have tables with seats to sit down and enjoy your breakfast, but most of the time people are sitting their hogging up a whole 6-8 person table with 1 person sitting down while drinking their coffee reading the newspaper. There's also street parking on Main Street.
