We took advantage of an end of November sale and purchased a Maytag dryer. Gray’s price was the same as a big box store. We purchased the unit on Monday and it was delivered Thursday morning. Howie, our salesman, was great. The two movers were total pros. From haul away to installation took ten minutes. Highly recommend! And don’t forgot to always tip your movers. These fellows work hard!

I just had a great experience with them. Daniel, in sales, was very helpful and was really great at not upselling me on things I didn't need. He was also helpful with the process of of buying appliances. I purchased my dishwasher a day before it went on sale and they hooked me up with the sale price without any question. And their delivery team was fantastic and had not problem bringing appliances up to a 2nd floor unit.

The guy who works downstairs scammed me when I was buying a motor for my refrigerator. I looked up various merchants online who sold the same exact motor for half the price and when I told him this he ignored me completely and was rude with me. I had to buy it because I was in a pinch since my refrigerator was broken but I will not be going back and recommend you get your appliances elsewhere!

Will only buy from them from now on. They have great customer service and respond for any issues much faster than Maytag or any other company I have called upon for a repair.

Another successful purchase from Gray’s Appliance. Howie helped me choose a new dishwasher. It was a quick and easy transaction. The price was extremely competitive and the item was in stock. The installation needed a licensed plumber, so Gray’s recommended Manganaro Plumbing. Yet another positive experience. Josh was quick with a reply, on time, fast, neat and efficient. Bought 4 appliances, 3 of them had issues right out of the box. The 3rd one I realized today when I went to install the microwave, I have an appointment on the 20th and they said I have to have a 2nd appointment on the 28th foe that issue. The repair tech is coming here anyways, I would think they would want to make the best effort to accommodate a new customer , I guess not. Terrible service.

Recently bought an OTR microwave from Gray's appliance. Our sales Dan was knowledgable, reassuring and funny. Price was good. Installation was prompt with advanced notification. I would buy from them again.

I was looking for cheap dishwasher. They are in line with home depot and get the stock within 1working day. You have to pickup but they'll take your old one for free if you drop it. I really enjoyed talking to the sales guy. There's also a parts department but they don't do repairs.

I purchased a dryer from Gray’s. From the sales person to the delivery guys, everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. It was great buying from a local store. They did not try to oversell me and actually helped find exactly what we needed. I will be buying all my future appliances from this company. I could not be happier with my experience.

PAUL the salesperson I dealt lacks significantly in customer service. Called about an advertised sale I gave him the SKU number and he still made me look it up on line while on the phone because he didn't "see " it on his side.. Gave him the sku number again THEN he wanted the individual numbers from me which I looked up on the store website while still on the phone.told him the price. He basically laughed at me when I asked about any free delivery. I purchased a washer and dryer then had to call back about an hour later because I realized it did not have a receipt emailed . Once I received a receipt I realized he overcharged me significantly. When I called back his excuse was " well that's what it says online when you buy them individually" . Now comesthe delivery date when he said we can deliver it on Thursday and I said no we cannot thanks I won't be home. We then agreed on Friday but I but I received a call from the delivery person on Thursday asking me where I was and to reschedule because I was on the schedule for Thursday. When I called to speak to Paul he basically did not apologize until I insisted that it was in fact his mistake because I never would have agreed to Thursday..he said" it was someone's mistake. "Upon delivery today the man turned on both machines and told me to let them run for 12 minutes..sure no problem ...after that I see the doors open in opposite directions. I called the store and was told I SHOULD have specified this pre delivery. NO ! the sales person who JOB it is to KNOW that a stackable washer and dryer should open on the same side , especially after selling me a stackable kit.Horrible service so far. Would love to speak to a manager

My family has been using Gray's for over 40 years. Maria is always so pleasant to talk to when setting up appointments or if I have a question on the warranty. Our technician Fred was wonderful. He really went above and beyond to help us and was so nice.

Very disappointed in this companyI'm sure his grandfather who started this business would roll over in his graveTreated like trash by techCame out for 5 minutesSuppose to be covered by my service contract paid 300 for under 5 yearsWas told it would be freeBut because a switch was turned off charged me said no such thing as complimentary visit was next door to me and spent 5 minutes charged me 199 I'm disabled have a bad back cant bend tech said not his problem i will never set foot in grays they stole more then I paid 500 they took 200 for 5 minutes told me if I don't pay they will send to a collection agent
