Corey 10 Apartments combines convenience, affordability, and service to provide an overall excellent living experience.Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Melrose, a pleasant residential suburb with good local schools, the area also provides easy access to the Fells hiking trails and public transportation to downtown Boston with the nearby commuter rail (which is far enough to not cause noise issues). Although they do not offer as many shared amenities as other locations, the apartments are well-fitted with modern accommodations, including washer/dryer and premium kitchen appliances. Rent prices are comparably affordable for the area. With regard to service, they have been exemplary in my experience. Specifically, they were gracious and understanding of my situation when a family member was ill and I had to be away for an extended period of time. Without their support, I would not had peace of mind about my living situation while I was away. Thank you very much Corey 10!

We've lived here for two years and have loved it. Charlie was a pleasure to work with when we were signing the first lease. Alex and Jean are super helpful and responsive. All of our experiences with the management company have been positive and stress free. They seem laid back and accommodating. When the pandemic started, they bought gift cards to support local restaurants and businesses and gave them to the residents. Our rent has been very reasonable compared to similar buildings in the area, and it hasn't been raised since we moved in. The apartments are brand new with modern finishes and appliances. The heating/cooling system is very efficient and noiseless. We're on the corner closest to the commuter train, but I have to strain to hear it with the windows closed. We've enjoyed being so close to downtown Melrose and the Middlesex Fells. Beyond occasional sounds from neighboring apartments, I can rarely tell that there are other people living here. It's a quiet building. There's no gym, but there's a fitness studio right next door.I do miss having an outdoor space, but there's a square nearby in front of the school and we can walk to the Fells, so I can't complain.

Management unlawfully did not return security deposit and did not respond to any communication regarding the security deposit. While living in Corey 10 apartments is ok, chose them only if you don't want to see your deposit again

We've moved out after 8 months of living here, the cost of rent was not justified FOR US. Great place to live overall, but really breaks the bank. Big plus is that the management is (or at least was) very responsive and courteous. The apartment itself was decent. Very spacious, fantastic HVAC system, good flooring, and nice (but small) appliances. We must've gotten a dud for our laundry washer though, because it was making a lot of ruckus and even though the management tried, it has not been fixed in 8 months. The range hood was pretty useless. The noise (both external and between units), unfortunately, can be unbearable, especially with the gym next door blasting music early in the morning. Tenants in other parts of the building complained about snoring neighbors, but we haven't had that issue. The hallway doors were a nightmare to me, I can't count how many times I've scraped my hands when unlocking them. As far as location goes, we weren't using public transport for commute, so proximity to the train and (not so much) to the subway station did not benefit us. If you do plan on using the train check the schedule and the prices first! There are a lot of schools, daycares, and playgrounds nearby, so this place is very good for kids. We had two children going to St. Mary's that is 2 minutes of walking from the building and would recommend it. Driving from I-93 was tedious: narrow roads with 25mph speed limits could take as long as 20 minutes just to get to/from the highway exit. I do commend the swiftness of snow plowing in the area though, have not had issues with that. Bottom line is if you're considering living here weigh your potential cost of living (not just the rent) carefully. If/when you make up your mind I recommend you get a garage space for your car(s) and if you have kids then start exploring by visiting Lincoln and Washington playgrounds, as well as Melrose Common.

We are soon moving-in to this apartment. So far we have very positive experience interacting with the building management. Charlie specifically is very professional, and accommodating. Alex also very accommodating. They both try to make a smooth move for us. Communication with the management has been very easy and they are very responsive. The building is new, clean and quiet and shows being handled by a good management. It is also walking distance to T Commuter Rail and close to OL. The neighborhood seems great also, with shops and restaurants and fitness center around and close by. We are looking forward to our stay here.

My Husband and I recently relocated back to Massachusetts and came across Corey 10 apartments during our extensive apartment search. After visiting Corey 10, we knew it was the right building for us. The building is new construction with nice appliances, modern finishes done in high quality, and has on-site parking with optional covered parking. The location is great with easy access to Main Street in Melrose, everything you need is within a 5-10 minute walk. The building management has been friendly, attentive, and explained everything necessary for a smooth relocation and move-in. We really happy with our new home.

My family and I recently relocated to MA. We picked Melrose for the ideal balance between easy commute and quality of public schools and afordability. 10 Corey was love at first sight for me. I grew up with gas stoves and it is such a pain to clean that I would rather not use the stove at all than clean it. Corey comes fully equipped with electrical appliances so there is no need for gas ( yes, I hate gas stoves that much). The building is new and everything in the apartment is brand new as well. The garage was also a must for us because we don't want to spend the extra time cleaning the car from snow and ice. The commute to the train is short. Another reason why we picked this location is because of the close proximity to good schools. Every major store as well as Boston can be found within a 30 minute drive. We are close to hiking trails, the zoo and plenty of playgrounds.
