Dave Cerulo put out some wonderful YouTube videos that gave me a better understanding of a Health Care Proxy. I then had a consult with him, which was also very helpful. His knowledge and insights are what we need to make some decisions, and we are considering retaining him based on what I experienced conversing with him.

I highly recommend working with attorney, David A. Ceruolo & paralegal, Kathy LaVita. They have given me the best RE closing experience on one of my properties in Boston that I’ve ever had in my 70 plus years. They are always courteous, informative and quick to respond to all my concerns. They went the “extra mile” in addressing and solving my concerns on safely transferring my sale proceeds to me ( I live far away from Boston) when the buyers side would not or could not.
