I come here on my work break to take money out for my buddy who had to pay a bill and the guy watches me go inside and use the money machine to take out the receipt after I had confirmed with him that I'm going to take out money for Western Union he looks at me and then tells me to go ahead, and when the transaction was complete and under three minutes on the money machine, I walk over to him to tell him to give me my money and he tells me that he just shut down the register when it was only 7 o'clock at night, but the money register is not supposed to be closed until 10 PM That's what the money machine says for Western Union that they will take transactions until 10 PM. I was there at 7 PM, three hours before it was supposed to close and then he looks at me and tells me that the machine is closed. This was the worst service I've ever had at that store even though the service is not always good. This just proved it. This was the cherry on top if anybody is looking to do anything that has to do with their customer service avoid this place by all means because their customer service is garbage.

Terrible, Terribnever have medication or they say we don't stock that here. No one picks up the phone if they do they hang up on you. They used to be really good. I have no respect for anyone.

I went to Medway walgreens brass milford was out of my prescription. Brian was so helpful, personable and went above and beyond my expectations!! He called milford and he’ll get the prescription transferred.,Milford couldn’t do it and he helped them make it happen!!Brian is exceptional, focused on customer satisfaction and very professional. He made my experience best in class!!We need more Brian’s in this world!!He is a rock star!!!Very satisfied customer!!!!Carolyn muise

The Walgreens in Medway M.A. is a great store.The Pharmacy is the best along with the staff always very helpful and pleasant. I can't remember anytime you can talk to the pharmacist so quickly they are always busy but weather you need a vaccination or just have a question they will always respond quickly.I live in Millis and CVS is horrible due to understaffed I will keep going to Walgreens even though there might be some price difference a little higher but not much .

I would give this a negative 1 ! Especially May in the pharmacy! When she refused to remove Caremark from from profile she removed my profile completely and transferred my file across the street! Completely unprofessional and has a hit temper . Her way or the highway !

Was ok, not a big fan of Walgreens. I think they are very very over priced I mean they are more expensive than CVS.

Tip it's across from Starbucks .very good stocked up pretty good . Sometimes a lot of staff are around t greet you once my meds got transferred from athil Massachusetts it worked out perfectly .

I recently moved to Medway and started using Medway CVS. I may be switching to Walgreens. The staff at the pharmacy is very rude. They are not helpful at all and they act like you’re bothering them.I do like the staff in the front of the store. They’ve always been friendly and helpful. I do not feel like I want to bring my Business to CVS though, The pharmacy is very unfriendly and act like you’re bothering them.

My Wife has clinical anxiety and was very nervous about getting her COVID vaccine. As with most people who suffer with clinical anxiety do she worked herself into a very bad place thinking she would pass out after getting the vaccine. The pharmacist working that day was a saint! She talked to my wife letting her know nothing was wrong, had us walk around the store for a bit to help calm down, got her juice! She went above and beyond to make my Wife feel comfortable, and safe which was definitely no easy task! They are awesome and deserve more than 5 stars

excellent customer service been there several times last few days everyone has been so helpful cashier even told me about a coupon that I didn't even know about!!
