A manager for Verizon (Ponney) gave horrible customer service. I bought 2 Android phones for over $2000.00 and they couldn't give me the time of day when I had a problem with one of the phones. Do not use the Medway Outlet! Wireless Zone 92 Main St - Medway
There was a fellow that worked they who would go out of his way to help the customers. Ty to Az.

The man that I talked with showed me how to improve the memory on my cellphone. My cellphone was only going to 85% & I wasn't able to figure out why it wasn't able to go up to 100%.

Ryan saved the day for us - we had been to the Milford store and when they attempted to transfer our info from old phones to new ones, we were told the cord that came with our new phone wasn't working. He said "the phones were too old to do a transfer to the new phones without a cord. And the District Mgr brought the one we use to another store and we can't find another one". Ryan didn't even need to use a cord! He was patient and extremely knowledgeable ~ we left very happy and relieved. We will be coming back here for any future issues.

Over and above customer service! We needed 3 new phones and an iPad and the manager stayed an hour after his shift to help us. Saved me money and was honest with suggestions. My new Verizon go to store.

Went in the other day with my mother when she had an issue with her iPhone. The sales associate Nathan was accommodating and informative, and very patient with her and provided some additional on-site support. I appreciated how he took extra time to make sure all of her questions were answered. Five stars!
