“So my Partners car got towed there and we went down a few days later to talk to the staff at Bobby's. And Boy they were great! Unfortunately the car had suffered total engine failure. But Bobby's did everything they could and even put in oil to test it and didn't even charge me. They are local they are honest and I will recommend them to anyone!”

“I’ve lived in Ashland for many years but never realized how many great local businesses there are until I made a point of doing a bit of homework and actually seeking them out. This service shop certainly seems to be one of those hidden gems. I got an oil change for my 2013 Subaru Legacy and had them check out the car in general. A Subaru dealer tried to scam me for $7000 worth of repair work, but the ASC mechanic confirmed what I felt from driving the car — everything is fine. But I do need a new set of tires and will have ASC do the work. The service manager, Bob, has been there for 30+ years. The shop does a brisk business and obviously has a regular customer base. Probably not the cheapest place to get service; but in a time when people aren’t so invested in having long term relationships with their customers, it’s great to do business with people who care.”
“Pierce Collision does a fantastic job from start to finish of their body work. Corinne who works in the office is very friendly and professional and answered my phone calls with immediate and honest expectations of the repair. She completed all of the paper work with my insurance company and even arranged for me to have a rental car for a day towards the end of the repair which I didn’t need because the repair was finished early. I asked for the number of the car rental place and she said she would take care of cancelling it! Car accidents are stressful but Pierce Collison repaired my car so that it looks brand new. The ease of doing business with Pierce was a pleasure. Thank you!”

“I never fill these things out.I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. The O'connell brothersDid the job right the first time and it did take them more time than I thought But,they had exceeded all my expectations.Thank you boys.Rich”

Elias got Maynor to pick up my car in 40 minutes! Took it right down to New Bedford faster than I got down there lol. He put the car exactly where I needed it. All for about half of what everyone else was charging. Call NO ONE else. These guys are the BEST.”

“My son’s car was broken down in the fast lane on the highway. Thankfully Chris’ Service Center arrived within 10 mins of the call. The driver brought my family to safety and took time to show my son how to care for the car while they waited for me. The young lady and several gentlemen at the desk were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even the tow was affordable. The driver said that he treats all customers as if they were family. “I needed a flatbed tow today in Framingham along a busy part of Rt9/Worcester Rd. Esteban was able to quickly dispatch a truck to my location - it couldn’t have been more than 20 min. The driver, Mateo was friendly and clearly knew his equipment well. He quickly maneuvered the trucks controls, and precisely dropped my car off in such a way that it was perfectly backed into a parking spot. I was impressed. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable.Give em a try. If your experience is anything like mine you’ll be happy… I mean, happy as you can be when you need a flatbed tow.”

“They have repaired my cars at least 3 times over the last few years, twice in the last few months. They are very, very good at what they do. They explain everything ahead of time, so you know exactly what's going on. They provide updates and do the work in a timely manner. They make dealing with insurance easy. My car has looked like new all 3 times. They are very friendly and easy to work with and will go above and beyond for their customers. If I ever need body work again, I will definitely return to Limerick.”
